Our order desk, accounting team, and warehouse staff all picked up the system quickly, and we’ve had zero issues with our fulfillment process aside from occasional user error. We’ve experienced some lengthy setup delays when adding new trading partners. In our opinion, these delays could have been avoided, which would have improved our overall customer experience, although they aren’t unusual for the industry. SPS could strengthen its market position by improving in this area, because once setup is complete, Fulfillment is exceptional.

It's helpful because even with different EDI requirements from customers, they assist in adjusting, modifying, and deploying into the system. The support team is capable of deep-diving into the details of issues, whether they are related to customers', SPS', or 3PL's responsibilities.
