What do you like best about Spryker Cloud Commerce OS?

I like that the Spryker platform is divided into lots of different modules and that each of them can be updated individually based on the individual needs.

Their support is great and really quick. On every level the communication is proactive and they always have an open ear for improvements.

What do you dislike about Spryker Cloud Commerce OS?

I dislike the mostly missing global approach. Spryker backoffice can not out-of-the box handle proper separation into different countries/roles. Also, the master data import is quite challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spryker Cloud Commerce OS?

Our company is in the midst of a large-scale digital transformation with a lot of different software vendors at play. The Spryker pre-sales team offered exceptional strategic advice and brought in their solution architect to not only scope the Spryker solution but also work through a capability mapping exercise and integrations with the other vendors. They were open and honest with us throughout the process and were a very friendly team to work with. We see them being great long-term partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spryker Cloud Commerce OS?

Not a lot to say in this box...they were great.

The only limitation we had was that to manage the product internally we will need to recruit/contract a PHP developer, which is easily manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving 3 key problems with Spryker:

1. Taking some of the processing load off our ERP system, Netsuite, to speed it up

2. Handling the complexities of a franchise system to enable us to accelerate our digital presence into eCommerce

What do you like best about Spryker Cloud Commerce OS?

During the presentation phase, I was impressed by Spryker's OS architecture and how well documented everything was. From a technical standpoint, I could see exactly how data and integrations flowed. The crew we met and will ultimately get to work with is another big reason we chose Spryker. Communication is top-notch and a great group to work with. We always enjoy it when Spryker is on premise. What do you dislike about Spryker Cloud Commerce OS?

We are in the very early stages of implementation and so far I have not seen any downsides or dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our MVP is to update our cart functionality, but ultimately have a better buying experience for all of our customers and accounts. Some benefits with Spryker are working directly with Spryker and not a consulting firm, the ability to update certain features without having to do everything, and their project management style being easily adaptable.
