I like SPRY EMR because of its all in one solution for clinics like mine. I like the organized and pleasant lay out for charting, customizable templates, reporting, credentialing, faxing, booking portal, email of intake forms, appointment reminders, credentialing and billing without extra fees. I have a dedicated success coach that is always available in my time zone. There are many ways SPRY is accessible to me either via email, text, phone calls, zoom meetings or the slack app. This keeps all involved departments in the loop regarding various stages in our implementation and the specific department provides answers quickly or reserches them if the solution is not readily available. In order to optimize charting and allow us to spend more time with patients, we have considered an AI scribe before and I am happy that this is also being developed in SPRY. I saw the demo of the AI feature at the most recent APTA CSM in Boston. It was quick and intuitive. SPRY's team is also made up of clinicians who undertand the importance of outcome measures with high clinical value, special tests relevant to each diagnosis and corresponding home program of exercises. I am looking forward to being guided on best charting practices, compliant and clean outpatient claims for timely reimbursement. From my very first encounter with SPRY at the Private Practice Conference in Austin, I already feel like they were my family and friends for a long time. That's an intangible that I have not experienced with other EMRs and I have used many. Our therapy company was in need of an EMR system that could cater to our unique needs. We needed a system and a support team to help us continue our journey and growth. The billing support is fantastic. Not only have they made sure we are comfortable with the switch, they have made billing so much easier. Their system has allowed us to be more in control. The system it self is wonderful! Very user friendly and it really sets you up for a clean claim.

The only thing I can think of is that it was an adjustment from our former EHR (Theraoffice) to SPRY. SPRY gives us the ability to document so many more things, therefore there are more fields to enter in soap notes. But once my therapists got the hang of it, its pretty simple. I really love that they listen to each of their clients and work toward a solution that is beneficial for each user. The amount of customization was really helpful and was different from all the other EMRs we looked at. They are also on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to health records and are always looking at innovating and improving.
