This is a great addition to the program. The flexible axis option will significantly decrease machining times (a lot less air cutting!) and decrease the complexity of having to choose multiple operations and/or editing the G-Code to get the desired finish result in an efficient manner. **What do you dislike about SprutCAM?** Animations could be smoother that's all. **Recommendations to others considering SprutCAM:** Don't hesitate to use it. It is one of the strongest alternate program for the biggest ones. It really worths to use. I liked also the interface. Clean and easy. **What problems is SprutCAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rotary machining ### 2. It can be moved per to the user quick preferences and located without the need of contstraints **What do you dislike about SprutCAM?** sometimes the pads within the data are not showing what is really happening in the design, so a little tunning after importing the data needs to be made **Recommendations to others considering SprutCAM:** To give it a try, it has some good concepts implemented and it is very versatile, it gives a good preview of the tool to be used and the behavior of it, after the simulation you can have a pretty accurate concept of how will the part looked once machined **What problems is SprutCAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** to machine complex shaped for a proyect, in which it needed to be combined diferent heights, depth and sizes ### 3. It should have all the options. There are some that which I disliked as I didn't know about most of the options given in the software. There should be a help type of command which will tell us about all of the things which are there in it. **Recommendations to others considering SprutCAM:** It is better than most of the software available in the market. I will highly recommend it. **What problems is SprutCAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have designed a roll off trailer using this software. Then I generated the code for matching. It was good as compared to other software which I have used in the past. ### 4. Being able to test it before committing to it was a big plus. Over all I think the UX is decent but could use some help modernizing it. **What do you dislike about SprutCAM?** Their isn’t a whole lot to dislike, it is pretty full featured and did everything I needed it to. I have a pretty basic 3-axis set up. I think the UX is the weakest point overall. **Recommendations to others considering SprutCAM:** Try it and compare it to other software before purchasing. **What problems is SprutCAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly manufacturing jigs and fixtures from ABS and Aluminum. We've realized the benefits of being able to see the process virtually before actually carrying it out to identify potential problems we may face. ### 6. It's speedy as well. **What do you dislike about SprutCAM?** It would be better to have more demo videos online especially of additive manufacturing. **What problems is SprutCAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used for precision machining of Sterling engine components and few additive manufacturing parts. It just makes work easy. ### 7.
