I wish multiple providers could be on the same telehealth. Also patients want to loop in a family member who will be helping them with their care plan but they can't do that remotely. 1. Spruce is intuitively designed. It is comprehensive yet simple to navigate.

2. The company is very open to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

3. It integrates well with my EHR (Elation).

4. It's impressive that I can securely text patients, have a phone tree, and implant pertinent parts of a conversation into the patient's record. The enhanced version also allows me to record my own phone messages for various facets of the phone tree.

1. Up to this point, I have wished it could handle multiple patients with a shared phone number and vice versa. The new update is going to address this concern.

2. The integration into Elation could be enhanced as conversations are considered "visits" in Elation, as opposed to messages.

3. The Android app doesn't allow conversation uploads into Elation. I have to use the browser version on my phone to accomplish this task or wait until I get back to my computer and then process the upload. I am optimistic that this will be addressed soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
