I can text with clients on the go when last minute schedule changing comes up and I can also hold video sessions on a low cost HIPAA compliant platform. Spruce is super user-friendly, holds a lot of key information necessary to run a private practice (I'm a speech language pathologist), AND is able to provide fax services, phone calls and texting (as well as secure text messaging). I wish I could send a group message from the app. If I want to send a general message to all or some of my clients I have to get on the computer and go to the website, which is inconvenient.
