Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 11/15/2023 "Spruce is literally the greatest thing to happen to our practice." 5/5 What do you like best about Spruce Health? we are a local mental health clinic, and offer an in office mediaction that means we have regular reucurring appts for 1-2 hours, usually weekly. that is about 13 patients a day, on top of that, we see about 30 patients for phsyciatry check ins. it is really hard to keep on top of all the scheduling and tracking which one of our staff members reschedled which patient for which treatment when. with spruce- we dont have difficulties with this at all anymore. we just simply search the patient name- and can then see all communication with the patient and any internal notes to eachother about what needs to be done. it is so easy. the customer support is great and very active in helping with the set up process and making everthing so smooth of a transition. the desktop and mobile application work great, and we also have some physical desk phones that they have helped us with so much! seriously, spuce is amazing. What do you dislike about Spruce Health? literally nothing is bad. we have all been thinking of one thing we dislike about spruce and cant think of one thing! What problems is Spruce Health solving and how is that benefiting you? spuce is solving patient communication being direct and able to follow what each staff member has communicated with them. thsi is rea;lly important for patient care! the notes, paging, and internal messaging features also solve a lot of our internal time mangament and worklflow. we can communicate with our team members without conufsion so seamlessly with spruce! Spruce is easy to implement, seamless across my devices, affordable and HIPAA compliant for messaging and telehealth. It is free to my patients and easy for them to use. I have only had one question I could not figure out myself and customer service was quick to respond and helpful. I use it all day every day. I really can't ask for more. Meanwhile, my personal phone and work phone are still separate and identifiable as such. I have left my phone at home and can still access my clients through my laptop. Spruce allows for an efficient and effective way to communicate with patients, send faxes, emails, texts and complete video and audio calls. I really couldn't find any upsides. It didn't make life easier for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Spruce Health? Way too complicated to set up. I wasn't ever able to get any clients set up. I wasted months and kept getting billed while trying to get answers because they port your business phone number into their system and then when you try to cancel they tell you that you will lose access to your phone numbers. I should have cancelled sooner, but I was too busy to track this and kept getting billed because I was afraid to cancel and lose my phone number. I asked for a refund but only got less than $15 out of hundreds that they billed my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I can set utomatic replies to alert potential and current clients to inform of hours, when to expect a response or anythign else I want to communicate. First of all, it is HIPAA compliant at a reasonable cost. I love that I can access Spruce via an app on my phone as well as my desktop. I can easily copy/paste the conversations into my EHR. Their app is available for android and apple users which reaches all of my clients. My clients have an easy and convenient way to contact me. I cannot say enough good things about Spruce! Spruce is cost-effective and user-friendly. It is easy to integrate into my practice.The Spruce Health phone system lets me use my personal phone as a business phone and keeps both types of calls separate in records, in ring-tone, etc. I use Spruce every day and if I have a question, the customer support is swift and effective. My use of Spruce Health for my phone/fax and texting for business has been smoothe and uneventful. There have only been a couple of occasions that I have had to ask for help on something that was actually small enough that I don't recall why I reached out to Customer Support, but they were right on it and resolved my concern.
