Spruce has been key in keeping in communication with my clients. It is an app on my phone and desktop that allows me to filter business vs. personal when calls come in. Safe, secure and there is an app for even more security should my clients decided to download it on their end. Couldn't do this work without it as a small privately owned business. Having my own phone and e-fax numbers. Having stable records of text conversations without bogging down my phone's memory. Accessible via App, Phone, or Internet. Program needs to add group capabilities. Update 5-14-24: I've stopped using the video conferencing platform because it is such a bandwidth hog that my clients are unable to obtain enough bandwidth for it to function. And there is still no group capability, which I NEED. I've switched to ZOOM for video conferencing to get this feature, and for more stable connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Spruce Health: Good product for a good price. If you need HIPPA compliant texting, this meets the need and is relatively easy to use. I was already paying about $12 for my e-fax service and needed to upgrade my phone system as well. There was no easily accessible phone system for my small clinic (even buying a phone and cell phone plan) that would have been less than about $15, so it made sense to get both the fax and the phone together.
