Down-time minimal. Their interface is easy to use, the advanced settings are easy to find, and the videos settings are easily modifiable. **What do you dislike about SproutVideo?** It's not popular, so I'd prefer to use youtube or Vimeo. However, it does perform better, and it is easy to use. The more expensive plans are overpriced, in my opinion. **Recommendations to others considering SproutVideo:** If you need something that somebody can quickly search, then use YouTUBE. If you need something more sophisticated, then use Sprout; you can do more with it. **What problems is SproutVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem with other streaming platforms is that I can not geoblock, which is of utmost importance for what I'm doing. The benefits of Sprout is that it has a long list of advanced settings. ### 3. The additional analytics provided improves the efficiency by providing data like viewer engagement , domains used etc. **What do you dislike about SproutVideo?** It takes time to get used to it. They are so many options that it gets confusing in the beginning. Otherwise, I have not faced any issues till now. **Recommendations to others considering SproutVideo:** Perfect for small businesses! **What problems is SproutVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send the video to our clients and the in house team as well.
