Sprout Studio has everything you need for running a photography business. **What problems is Sprout Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running a busy photography studio I needed to save time and optimize my client experience. With Sprout Studio I was able to create communication workflows that kept my client informed while taking care of the other tasks my business requires. ### 2. They're constantly working to update the interface. They're also always incredibly fast on responding to any questions. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I also love how I can send galleries, invoices, emails, and keep track of my books all in the same place. When my business was smaller and I didn't need as much storage, it was absolutely perfect for what I needed. **What do you dislike about Sprout Studio?** I dislike the price. I pay more for Sprout Studio than I do my website, which offers quite a few of the same features. However, with the new upgrades that they have made, I would consider switching back once the beta tests are complete. There really is nothing like having everything you need to manage your business in one place, and Sprout Studio definitley has that covered. **Recommendations to others considering Sprout Studio:** I recommend spending a good bit of time looking around and familiarizing yourself with Sprout Studio. It took me a bit of figuring out for me to really feel like I had the hang of everything and this is when I was already using it for clients! Really pick and choose what plan you want to go with for what will fit your needs. I changed mine twice. Just take a good amount of time to learn everything you can about the system. Take advantage of their customer support, because they totally will help guide you through everything if you just ask. In fact, I'm almost positive they offer a free call to help you get everything set up. Play with it before hand, then write down as many questions as you possibly can! **What problems is Sprout Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I'm solving are definitely having all of my important business information under one roof. I never have to worry about where a lead is coming from or if I'm missing anything, because it's all right there. That's a huge benefit. I'm never questioning if I'm forgetting anything because it's so easy to check and make sure I'm not! ### 3. It's very easy to use, unlike a lot of photography management softwares that have a big learning curve. I got all of my studio setup within a few hours. **What do you dislike about Sprout Studio?** I really can't say that there's anything I dislike about it, at this point. They have a great Facebook user group, where you can make suggestions for new product features and find out about new features they're implementing. So if there is anything you dislike, you can always suggest improvements there, and they ACTUALLY LISTEN. **Recommendations to others considering Sprout Studio:** Spend several hours in the trial, and I promise you will find it so incredibly easy to implement with your business. I tried ShootQ and found it very difficult to get setup, and it was also lacking in accounting capabilities and online proofing. Sprout has it all. I was able to downgrade my Zenfolio membership and save $200 to put toward the Pro membership with Sprout. It made so much more sense. **What problems is Sprout Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made me tremendously more efficient as responding to inquiries, sending contracts, sending invoices, etc. And it also makes me look more professional, by having beautiful graphic email templates that you can customize with your brand. ### 4.
