System is very user friendly. All ranks can understand how it works how it is to be used on our everyday transactions. When bulk creating Sprout accounts, I believe it would be better if an automatic email containing their login credentials would be sent to the new hires as well (the same as how it is when the accounts are made through single creation) as it is time consuming to manually send them an email blast after creating their accounts.
