I enjoy the trellis studio because the AI helps to identify trends, it helps to anticipate what customer support issues come up and which posts have gotten the most engagement. I wish Instagram comments were easier to reply to and had more of a cleaner view. I like being able to schedule posts and see the best times ranked and listed. It makes it much easier to tell when my posts are likely to perform better and have more impact. I also love that I can see what my colleagues are also scheduling, it makes deconflicting super easy and allows much better overview and collaboration. I like that it pulls comments from many platforms and organizes by user when it's a fast followup to their previous comments, plus you can see the history of user's comments so you know if they are spamming or violating rules with their social activity. I don't like that it's hard to search for cases sometimes, since it doesn't pick up on the username as a keyword when I search and try to remember which case needed to be addressed and was closed by accident etc. I also find the social listening tool to not be very intuitive/automated, a lot of manual work needed. I really love that i have an inbox (smart) that gathers all my clients' messages and comments into one place as opposed to having to bounce around 5 different apps on my phone while my battery dies. It will also tell you the best times to send your posts to each platform and i notice a huge difference in engagement when I actually listen to those recommendations vs. sending them at random. Instagram integration seems to be half-baked... can't respond to comments/posts without leaving the app and going directly to instagram, which somewhat defeats the purpose. And the annoying part... trying to get out of the contract is difficult... auto-renewal... good luck canceling... without emailing back and fourth at least 3 times. I enjoy how intuitive and responsive the user interface is. It is easy to navigate through all the different menus and tabs. What do you dislike about Sprout Social? I do dislike the fact that I have to continually have to relog back into my account when I have an existing session on my laptop already. It does make it a bit annoying since I have the 2 factor authentication protocol initiatied on my account. I also dislike how limited analytics can be. I like how it also keeps all my clients organized on my dashboard so I am not making a mistake by posting the wrong content to the wrong client.
