I’m not a huge fan of having to install their local agent (Dr. Sprinto) on everyone's laptops. It can occasionally be a headache to troubleshoot if a team member's computer doesn't sync right, and some people naturally get a bit protective about having compliance software running directly on their machines. If I had to pick one thing I didn't like, it's that some steps still use templates. I'd much prefer a simple form where I can just fill in the details and hit submit.
