Because it integrates directly with our stack, it captures audit-ready evidence automatically, which saves us hundreds of hours during SOC 2 or ISO 27001 prep. If our setup doesn't match Sprinto's pre-defined logic, it flags false positives that are tedious to clear.When an external tool updates its API or changes its permissions, the Sprinto integration can break silently, requiring manual intervention to re-sync and fix the "failed" controls. The Problem: We struggled with the manual complexity of maintaining compliance (SOC 2/ISO 27001) across our cloud infrastructure. Managing spreadsheets and gathering evidence manually was a massive time-sink and prone to human error. The Benefit: Sprinto solved this by automating evidence collection through direct integrations with our tech stack. It has transformed compliance from a "once-a-year scramble" into a continuous, real-time background process. What I like best about Sprinto is how effectively it centralizes and enforces compliance across people, process, and technology without adding operational overhead. It played a key role in helping us achieve SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 smoothly. The Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto) is particularly useful in enforcing baseline device compliance, and the platform scales very well as the organization grows. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and compared to similar tools in the market, Sprinto offers excellent value for the breadth of features provided. What do you dislike about Sprinto? There is very little to dislike overall. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto), which could benefit from a few additional compliance checks to provide deeper device-level coverage. Beyond that, most limitations we encountered were addressed over time as the product matured, especially since we have been using Sprinto from its early stages. Sprinto solves the challenge of continuously managing and maintaining compliance and information security across people, processes, and technology in a scalable way. Instead of treating compliance as a one-time or audit-driven activity, Sprinto enables ongoing control monitoring and evidence collection. This has significantly reduced manual effort, audit fatigue, and operational friction for our teams. As a result, we were able to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 efficiently, scale our compliance program as the company grew, and confidently demonstrate our security posture to customers through the Trust Center—without diverting focus from core business priorities. Sprinto helped us get SOC 2 compliant. Their platform was easy to use, especially with the many integrations built in, and it also gave us the option to provide evidence manually when needed. Their approach to developing policies was extremely useful in helping us meet our tight timeline and stay on track toward compliance. One of the main strengths Sprinto highlighted when we first approached them—and something they truly delivered on—was their commitment to customer support. Since this was our team’s first time going through SOC 2 compliance, we needed all the help we could get. After we signed up, Manya reached out to onboard us to the platform and was consistently available (via email or a call) whenever we needed support. Sprinto centralizes and automates compliance work—evidence gathering, documentation, risk assessments, and policy management—so we’re not chasing information across tools and spreadsheets. I think the ease of use is a big plus for Sprinto. It makes things really clear. We just have to subscribe to the audits we want to follow, and it gives us the tasks without any setup needed. You connect it to your system, and it handles new users, tasks, training, and onboarding smoothly. As someone handling compliance and InfoSec, I just need to understand tasks and vulnerabilities and work with the team to resolve them. Sprinto makes it really easy. The structured approach to the audit process was fantastic. Sprinto replaces chaos with a clear roadmap. The ability to create a separate view for the auditor so they could access evidence directly without us acting as the middleman was a huge time saver. If I had to pick something, I’d say the sheer number of features and policies was slightly overwhelming during the first week of onboarding. What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problem of 'continuous compliance.' Rather than scrambling once a year for an audit, Sprinto keeps us in a state of constant readiness. It alerts us immediately if a laptop is out of compliance or a server setting is changed, allowing us to fix security gaps in real-time rather than finding out about them during the audit window. The overall experience was impressively fast and cost-effective compared to other solutions on the market. The platform itself is highly intuitive and user-friendly, which significantly reduced the typical "compliance headache." What really stands out is the quality of support; the team is deeply knowledgeable and always ready to help. Our account managers were proactive and professional, ensuring that we hit our milestones without unnecessary delays. It truly felt like they were an extension of our own team. The most notable issue was the frequent rotation of account managers—we had 3 or 4 different people assigned to our audit over a relatively short period. Each time a change occurred, we had to spend time getting the new person up to speed on our specific setup, which felt redundant. Additionally, the lack of a monthly subscription option might be a hurdle for smaller startups, and the absence of cryptocurrency as a payment method is a bit of a missed opportunity for a tech-forward company.
