Ritik Saxena has helped me and my organisation a lot in getting ready for the SOC 2 Type 2 audit. Even though I was taking over from my predecessors, he onboarded me very quickly and explained the Sprinto web UI clearly, along with what is needed for a SOC 2 audit. He walked me through every required control and document in a clear, easy-to-follow way. In addition, he set up regular calls with me to make sure every item needed for the audit was in place and completed correctly. For the more difficult controls, he explained clearly, step by step, how to fulfil each one, which made my preparation much easier. We are not very well-versed on how to go about it and what we should prepare and so on. Sprinto significantly streamlined our ISO 27001 journey by making our ISMS far easier to implement and manage. While we had already begun the process, the resources available to us made it impractical to build and maintain our own system, so Sprinto’s structured approach and clear guidance were incredibly valuable. Rushdan’s implementation support was excellent. He worked at a pace that respected our team’s capacity while keeping us on track and his responses are consistently quick and practical. With Sprinto’s support, we completed our first ISO 27001 certification audit without any issues and we feel confident that maintaining compliance going forward will be straightforward. We used Sprinto to support our HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance journey, and the experience has been highly positive. What stood out most is how streamlined the overall process is. Sprinto provides a clear structure and guidance, making what can otherwise be a very overwhelming compliance process much more manageable. The platform helped us stay organized, understand requirements clearly, and move efficiently toward audit readiness. The support team has also been exceptionally responsive. Whenever we had questions or blockers, the turnaround time was quick, and the team was proactive in helping us resolve issues. This level of responsiveness made a big difference, especially during time-sensitive parts of the process. Honestly, not much to dislike. Compliance and audit preparation are inherently complex processes, so there is naturally some overhead involved, but Sprinto does a good job of making it as streamlined as possible. If anything, there is always room for expanding integrations and automation as compliance requirements evolve, but overall the experience has been smooth and the support team has been very responsive whenever questions came up. Sprinto helps us streamline what would otherwise be a very time-consuming and fragmented compliance process. As a healthcare AI company, maintaining HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance is critical, but managing evidence collection, security controls, audit readiness, and ongoing monitoring manually can be operationally heavy. Sprinto provides a structured system that centralizes the process, helps automate evidence gathering, and gives clear visibility into what needs attention. What I liked best about Sprinto is how it helped make the SOC 2 process feel manageable. At first, the certification process felt overwhelming because there are so many moving parts, requirements, and dependencies to think through. Sprinto gave a clear overview of the entire process, which helped us understand the big picture while also breaking everything down into realistic, actionable steps, clearly displayed in the dashboard. Plus, Sprinto's automation and continuous monitoring capabilities made it easier to stay organized, track progress, and manage evidence collection. I'm not a security expert, but even I felt like the process was structured, transparent, and achievable. Also, I really appreciated the support from the Sprinto team, and especially the help from Rushdan, who was consistently responsive and made it easier to navigate specific questions as they came up. Finally, we evaluated a number of certification solutions, and Sprinto seemed to provide the best bang for buck. Like any compliance platform, there is still a learning curve at the beginning simply because SOC 2 itself can feel complex and unfamiliar. However, Sprinto did a good job of making the process approachable and providing guidance along the way. What do you dislike about Sprinto? Not sure what happened, but in my second year with Sprinto I was told that they wanted to swap out my auditors due to a broken relationship. This was news to the auditors, but now I'm not hearing anything from Sprinto or the new auditors. Messages seem to be going into a black hole, and my CSM seems to have gone AWOL.
