The most helpful thing about Sprinto is how much it simplifies something that’s usually very complex and stressful. Getting SOC 2 compliance can feel overwhelming, but Sprinto breaks it down into clear, manageable steps and automates a lot of the repetitive work. Our account manager, Shivang, was always on top of things and made sure we stayed on track without feeling pressured. One of the biggest upsides is the time it saves — instead of chasing documents and worrying about audit requirements, everything is organized in one place. The platform integrations and automated evidence collection were especially useful, as they reduced a lot of manual effort. It also gives you confidence that you’re meeting compliance requirements correctly, which is huge when dealing with audits. Overall, it makes a traditionally painful process smooth and predictable. Some of the compliance terminology and workflows can feel a little overwhelming initially, especially if you’re new to SOC 2. We had a great experience working with Sprinto for our SOC 2 Type II compliance process. The platform brought real structure to what can otherwise be a scattered, cross-team effort, and made it much easier to stay on top of evidence collection and control monitoring throughout the observation period. A large part of this was down to Sreeraj and Mitesh Soni, who supported us throughout. Both were responsive, clear in their guidance, and genuinely helped us navigate the requirements without unnecessary back-and-forth. Their support made the whole process feel manageable rather than overwhelming, and we always felt we had someone to turn to when questions came up. The interface itself is clean and intuitive the dashboard makes it easy to see control status at a glance without digging through menus, which saved our team a lot of back-and-forth. The integrations with our existing stack [mention specific tools if any, e.g., AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub] were straightforward to set up and kept evidence flowing in automatically without much manual upload. Performance-wise, the platform has been reliable we didn't run into lags or downtime that slowed down our compliance work. From a cost standpoint, the pricing has felt fair relative to the time and overhead it saved us internally we didn't need to bring in additional consultants or hires to manage the process. Sprinto's automation and monitoring capabilities also meant we spent far less manual effort chasing evidence across teams. The combination of a strong platform and hands-on support from the team is what stood out most Sprinto automates a lot of the heavy lifting, but having Sreeraj and Mitesh guiding us through the finer points made a real difference to the overall experience. The dashboard is very good as it gives us an entire view and a single view of where the status of the entire program is, which is very useful in determining and planning ahead. The dashboard includes everything we need to know about the status of our SOC 2 program, making it very easy to monitor and make changes as needed. It also provides the correct warnings about when something needs to get done, which helps us a lot in maintaining the status.
