Afroz has been incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and has been proactive about resolving any issues I ran into along the way. Sanket is also very helpful in the initial onboarding process. Overall, if Sprinto product is a B+, their people make it a A+ experience. Pricing is also very affordable when compared to Vanta or other tool. UX is straight forward. Various integration, make it easy to monitor our compliance status. We find Sprinto helpful because it automates the compliance score, which is a great support in our journey towards ISO 27001 certification. The automated control mapping on Sprinto is an aspect I like most, as it provides a well-structured platform with preconfigured controls aligned to ISO 27001 requirements, simplifying our compliance journey. I appreciate how, by defining and executing our internal processes and uploading evidence into Sprinto, the platform automatically maps these against relevant controls and highlights any gaps, making tracking progress and working toward certification very manageable. Most features and controls in Sprinto align well with our business needs, especially for a company that operates largely on cloud-based platforms, and the support from our Technical Account Managers, Kishore Kumar and Ritik Saxena, quickly got us familiar with Sprinto's interface, making ongoing compliance management a routine. SAP BYD is not fully available for integration with Sprinto, which I think could be improved. Nothing to dislike really. The initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the Sprinto team does an excellent job breaking everything down into clear and manageable steps. What I like best about Sprinto is how streamlined and organized the compliance process feels.
