What do you like best about Sprint?

I love how easy it is to navigate their website. I can look at our monthly bill breakdown for each line and device and see exactly what I'm paying for. Also, the ability to see my lease agreements and upgrade at any time without even having to step inside a Sprint store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprint?

I dislike all the small random service fees and miscellaneous charges that appear on the bill each month. I believe it is nickel and diming its customers with these extra fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sprint:

I would recommend Sprint if you want no hassles at all when it comes to managing your Sprint account and devices. Customer service is really helpful and always has come thru when I have questions about my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Sprint there are no contracts to sign and lease-to-own devices are a must in our household. And the more lines we add to our family plan, the cheaper the plan keeps getting! What do you like best about Sprint?

Cost to run for the services offered is what I would say is the best part about using Sprint. Easy to use management online tools, and simplified web and native app offerings are a plus that help you run your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprint?

Some unknowns as the merger with T-Mobile are in progress. So far so good, but all the promises hopefully will lead to a better network, better prices, and customer service in the long run. I honestly haven't really benefited from any of the news worthy improvements so time will tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sprint:

Sprint offers the right services at a price that you can't overlook. Spend time testing the service before you buy if you are switching from one provider to Sprint. They offer a very nice trail program that shouldn't be passed up. When I joined having the local representative come out to the office and walk through everything was a nice touch and needed to help make the transition from one service to Sprint flow without any hickups. What do you like best about Sprint?

The service quality is NOT the greatest. The service frequently drops, calling in to customer service is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sprint:

I highly recommend that you have a backup service because a lot of calls get dropped. While the cost is very reasonable, the service could be a lot better. I have, however, been with sprint since 1999 and do not have intentions on switching. I had hoped with the merge with T-mobile they would get better service but still no luck on that. So again just be sure you have a landline or a backup service to ensure when you are in need of a connection you have a reliable one. Sprint for the most part is exceptionally reliable for basic service needs. They also do not have a lot of towers in our local area so a booster from Sprint is needed in some cases. I lived in an area and did not have any service in my home so had to add an additional airrave in order to boost the service to another tower. I do believe that they do not charge for roaming which makes it a lot easier to roam charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best service for travel and money Savings!"

I travel quite a bit in Caribbean, Mexico and the US. Sprint’s free texting and calling in Latin America is awesome and low data does email as well. When needing more bandwidth it’s still a deal and free calling over wi fi helps when in low coverage areas. I work from home on dunes of Lake Michigan which blocks every carriers mobile service but with WiFi calling I’m all set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprint?

WiFi calling unlimited data, talk and text. International coverage. The Framily plan allowed myself and several other Realtors to group to get the low Costs that families gets with separate billing and larger group cheaper monthly cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprint doesn't work well in my area. It Is rare to find signal in my hometown and it's hit and miss on the best of days. However if it works in your area it is a nice service and decent company. It just isn't really available where I am now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
