I can look at our monthly bill breakdown for each line and device and see exactly what I'm paying for. Also, the ability to see my lease agreements and upgrade at any time without even having to step inside a Sprint store. **What do you dislike about Sprint?** I dislike all the small random service fees and miscellaneous charges that appear on the bill each month. I believe it is nickel and diming its customers with these extra fees. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** I would recommend Sprint if you want no hassles at all when it comes to managing your Sprint account and devices. Customer service is really helpful and always has come thru when I have questions about my account. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Sprint there are no contracts to sign and lease-to-own devices are a must in our household. And the more lines we add to our family plan, the cheaper the plan keeps getting! Unlimited, talk, text and data means we can all communicate with each other without worrying about overages. ### 2. Easy to use management online tools, and simplified web and native app offerings are a plus that help you run your business. **What do you dislike about Sprint?** Some unknowns as the merger with T-Mobile are in progress. So far so good, but all the promises hopefully will lead to a better network, better prices, and customer service in the long run. I honestly haven't really benefited from any of the news worthy improvements so time will tell. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** Sprint offers the right services at a price that you can't overlook. Spend time testing the service before you buy if you are switching from one provider to Sprint. They offer a very nice trail program that shouldn't be passed up. When I joined having the local representative come out to the office and walk through everything was a nice touch and needed to help make the transition from one service to Sprint flow without any hickups. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sprint helps solve for mobile workforce connectivity. The service has gotten better with age, and offers very custom tailored programs or rather managed services to fit small to large enterprise workforces. ### 3. Sprints provide bug tracking and timelog for a developer. **What do you dislike about Sprint?** major dislike of sprint is its conlex structure we need extra training session to our developers to understand sprint functionality and sprint not provide other methodology for software management. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use sprint to our project manage and because of sprint we track our products progress and also we use bug tracker to solve bugs and improve our products. ### 5. It can be a bit shotty in the mountains. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** Check out all of your options. A Sprint retailer will help you decide what is best. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sprint solved my mobile communication needs. Maintaining communication with clientele is a must. ### 6. The service frequently drops, calling in to customer service is a pain. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** I highly recommend that you have a backup service because a lot of calls get dropped. While the cost is very reasonable, the service could be a lot better. I have, however, been with sprint since 1999 and do not have intentions on switching. I had hoped with the merge with T-mobile they would get better service but still no luck on that. So again just be sure you have a landline or a backup service to ensure when you are in need of a connection you have a reliable one. Sprint for the most part is exceptionally reliable for basic service needs. They also do not have a lot of towers in our local area so a booster from Sprint is needed in some cases. I lived in an area and did not have any service in my home so had to add an additional airrave in order to boost the service to another tower. I do believe that they do not charge for roaming which makes it a lot easier to roam charges. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. ### 7. These are the most affordable and cost-effective. ### 8. Sprint’s free texting and calling in Latin America is awesome and low data does email as well. When needing more bandwidth it’s still a deal and free calling over wi fi helps when in low coverage areas. I work from home on dunes of Lake Michigan which blocks every carriers mobile service but with WiFi calling I’m all set. **What do you like best about Sprint?** WiFi calling unlimited data, talk and text. International coverage. The Framily plan allowed myself and several other Realtors to group to get the low Costs that families gets with separate billing and larger group cheaper monthly cost. **What do you dislike about Sprint?** They discontinued the framily plan so I lose it if people drop out of my group. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** They just joined with T-mobile who I used to use before but found a better deal but great service too so the combination is a huge win. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s allowed me to work from home as I need to receive sales calls without worrying about dropping calls. ### 10. As a mobile service it seems to offer better prices than a lot of companies I have seen. They offer many different options. **What do you like best about Sprint?** The upside of sprint would be the prices of different packages they offer. Certain deals and plan packages seem better than most service providers I have seen. There is a variety of options to fit your needs. **What do you dislike about Sprint?** Sprint doesn't work well in my area. It Is rare to find signal in my hometown and it's hit and miss on the best of days. However if it works in your area it is a nice service and decent company. It just isn't really available where I am now. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** Make sure if you want to use their cell service that you are actually covered in your area! **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication problems have been solved with sprint. Without a cellular device it is hard for my business to contact potential projects because a lot of my work is completed remotely. The prices are a nice benefit. ### 11. They often would shut down service for exceeding data usage pre-COVID, but absolutely pulled out all the stops during the pandemic. **What do you dislike about Sprint?** Sprint will warn you for exceeding limits, but then often paints you into a corner as they only have a 100 GB max plan. **Recommendations to others considering Sprint:** More like please reconsider Spring, those that have been unimpressed in the past. **What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** On-line distance learning during forced school closure in Virginia, mobile hotspot function in time of crisis to support students and families.
