There support staff are osam behaves and well mannered. **What do you dislike about Sprint Direct Connect Plus?** Coverage area does not allow always for solid connection..Device compatibility is limited..Many times the employees are not compatible...Most of the devices are covered. Sometime it is choppy to use ..when sometimes button get stucks. **What problems is Sprint Direct Connect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interconnection is having a funway by thi s...webare able to chat in the area that sometimes does,nt get phone service . This will help your employees. We have employees that use their own devices and some are not compatible. Overall though, it covers most common devices **What problems is Sprint Direct Connect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real time communication where a phone call isn't warranted.
