I have used the Sprinklr tool and was quite impressed with how it has been built from scratch, keeping users requirements in mind. I appreciate the way they’ve integrated comprehensive information, authentication layers, responsive design, and rich graphics. The social media functionalities are well-executed, and I particularly liked how they’ve developed the Care and Personas sections. Most importantly, the platform’s fast loading speed enhances the overall user experience. What I liked most about Sprinklr is it's navigation and the ability to click through and quickly reach the right sections makes the user experience seamless and hassle free. The customer support experience has been disappointing — they often shift the blame to the production team rather than resolving issues directly. There's a lack of proper access sharing, which delays onboarding and prevents teams from working smoothly. Additionally, their support team is reluctant to get on calls to help clarify issues, often taking 3–4 days to respond meaningfully. Their approach can feel illogical and disconnected from actual user needs. It makes our work easy by giving real time updates and helping the team stay aligned. The way it’s structured really helps in keeping things smooth and clear. It saves time, keeps things responsive, and gives us better control on how we handle social. Apart from this, the way the tool is structured helps us stay organized things are easy to find, navigation is clean, and workflows are well-managed. It also helps us spot issues or trends early, so we can act faster.
