I find Sprinklr Social very easy and intuitive to use, which greatly benefits my workflow. The setup process went smoothly, thanks to the supportive team that made landing on the app extremely easy. I also appreciate the clusters feature and detailed user information, such as geographic and interest splits, which help us track market trends and competitors effectively. The user-friendly experience and the platform's social listening capabilities make it preferable over other platforms.

I feel that while the keyword search feature is intuitive and easy to use, it often introduces a lot of noise into my queries. This makes it challenging to filter out irrelevant information, especially when I am trying to focus on specific content. As a result, I frequently have to manually curate the news or comments that are valuable to my research, which can be time-consuming and cumbersome. I would prefer an advanced curation feature that allows for more precise filtering and the ability to automate the curation process on a larger scale, rather than doing it manually.

I use the product to track the market, monitor competitors, and understand customer opinions, which aids in strategic decisions. The intuitive interface and detailed user analytics enhance team productivity.

I don't know of any other tools that do what this tool does. The learning curve is complex at first, but then it goes very quickly and is implemented swiftly with authentication over the networks themselves.

Some styles are not very usable and words in tags are cut off.

I have not seen good ease of use for testing environments and not messing up production mentions.

Additionally, certain tasks—like pulling custom reports or navigating deep analytics—can require extra training or support. Streamlining some of these features could greatly enhance the overall user experience

Sprinklr is thorough, highly customisable, and the UI is easy to get to grips with. I use it daily in my role as social media lead, and have found it easy to implement across my team and agency.

Because it is so complex, it can feel a little overwhelming at first. Thankfully we have a great customer service rep to walk us through any issues.

Sprinklr allows us to listen, plan ahead, react and respond and analyse from within one platform. The fact that we don't need to use multiple tools is a huge plus.

Sprinklr Social is so easy to use! It saves me so much time being able to schedule posts for multiple pages/platforms.

Tagging capibilities - I wish there was a more accurate way to find/tag people on specific platforms.

Saving time by enabling me to post on multiple platforms/pages all at once. Reporting at my fingertips makes my life easier!

I appreciate the option for an approval process, scheduling, selecting content pulled screenshots for video content, the ability to back data behind the post, the analytics are incredible and the ability to categorize the post. It is very user friendly, there are a lot of customizations. Our Rep Akshay is they best and supports us with our questions. I use this all the time.

I wish the tagging was more precise, sometimes I cannot tag the correct people.

I am able to look at granular reporting for our review and social platforms. I can easily screenshot widgets and throw them into my presentations.

The interface is great! The tool is user friendly and easily to train users on. I have been using Sprinklr for years now and the weay you can set up queues to meet your needs- for example by priority. Do you social ads comments you want to hit first? Set up a queue to pull in negative comments first? They have you covered! Their team is also so incredibly helpful and ready to optimize and assist you anyway they can!

It is an expensive tool and that becomes difficult when your MarComm budget is small. The tool is robust and you pay for what you get, but when you want to add on other components on to your tool and have already maxed your budget it's hard.

Letting us get to our guests issues quicker! We can also look back on conversations and see if a guest is having a reoccuring issue. It's also solving our need for robust reporting! We always want to share what we are doing for the business and the robust reporting Sprinklr has is great for that!

The Sprinklr platform allows our business to engage with customers on popular social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, leading to more impactful marketing insights, better service, and stronger relationships.

Splinklr can separate spam messages, to avoid queues we cannot respond to.

Sprinklr Social Ultimate makes it easy for me to use macro and action systems. It has a quick, simple-to-use, comprehensive search feature. There is the ability to filter pulled content. It provides instant delivery of tweets and Facebook posts to the tool. Very fast!
