What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

It is easy to access the customer interaction and knowledgebase. It can easily manage all customer interactions on a point. We can customize the reports according to our needs.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

It gets auto logout after one hour if not using it.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can edit the widgets and find the reports according to out requirements.

"Great tool for community management"

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

Sprinklr provides a single view of DMs and inboxes across multiple social media channels, making it easy and hassle free to manage messaging. Saved us a ton of time!

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

There needs to be better tools for tagging and ways to evaluate quality of responses by our care agents. Load time is also a factor, given that we need to respond to customers in real time.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinklr has helped our customer support folks work much more efficiently. With a single overview of messages in all channels, we can track easily which messages have been responded to. The standardized analytics on how we're doing across all platforms, as well as automated features, are also very helpful

"Love Sprinklr, would hate my job without it"

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

Everything is together, I don't have to manage several tabs at once. I'm mostly in customer service and my case flow on Sprinklr is much smoother than when I'm on platforms natively. We really only go to the native site when we have to because Sprinklr is so convienient.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

Sometimes the features I really want to use like adding internal notes or accessing the case history/case number from the customer's message itself takes more clicks than I would like. I wish I could add my own hotkeys and shortcuts myself too.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinklr makes it easier for us to sort through cases and find the messages that need replies.

flexibility and automation. it provides what is the required for my business all the time

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

It takes too much to learn and the support team know that and they don’t develop too much to enhance our skills as clients so I have to dig deep to learn how to do anything and sometimes the info is not published for us

You have to be digital person who is like digging and willing to learn as Sprinklr is a perfect partner in case you learn how to use it but if you need a ready made solution; then you will suffer somehow with Sprinklr

"Sprinklr a highly responsive, AI powered All rounded customer service tool."

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

Sprinklr is an amazing tool with so many options, realy well rounded features that help me provide amazing customer serivce which I use daily, the best thing ? this comes with a highly resposive system that is best described as "Snappy!", realy well coded.

The tool is powerd with AI that helps me provide seamless customer support! We used to use another system and the shift to Sprinklr Service was easy and we didn't lose our past work on the older system, very easy to implement and to Integrate.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

Sprinklr can be complicated at first glance, It has a good learning curve, diving deep on its various features can be worth it for sure, but I wish it offered simpler versions of it's UI for non highly technical customer support roles.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to suffer from a laggy, non resposive system before moving to Sprinklr, Sprinklr is highly repsonsive system while also offring amazing features.

"Sprinklr is the BEST"

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

It's customisable, while still being user friendly. I've used other messaging platforms and this is by far the best one I've used. It looks great from the customers end and the reporting capabilities are fantastic.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

I don't have much to add for dislikes, the more I understand and learn about Sprinklr, the more I like it.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old messaging platform was very rigid. It's great to be able to easily advance our services available to customers and agents.

"Easy to use, and organize"

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

I find the canned responses to be the best thing when it's busy and we're trying to catch up on cases. It took some getting used to at first, but now I am extremely proficient with it.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

My biggest annoyance is that it does not save my tabs after I log out, and that I have to set them back up every day when I sign in at the start of my shift and after lunch, no matter what I do or if I have them pinned. The first tab ALWAYS opens the dashboard that I don't have access to in the first place, when I just want it to be my assigned to me tab.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is making it easy for businesses to manage multiple social media channels at once, which is also benefitting me, since we support Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube at any given time.

Sprinklr seamlessly grants access to industry news that is readily available to post across social media platforms.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

There can sometimes be a delay between an article is made available and when "Campaigns" posts these pieces of information to the social media platforms of accounts subscribed to the Campaign.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinkly combines multiple sources of information which are distributed to my social media connections into one location where it is easy to see and review articles of information that can be shared.

"Sprinklr's user-friendly UI simplifies navigation and query handling, updating data quickly"

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

The best feature of Sprinklr is its reporting capabilities. I have been using Sprinklr for many years, starting with our user feedback platform, feedback.photoshop.com, which was also on Sprinklr. I loved using its report suite to quickly gather important insights. Now, I utilize multiple dashboards for social listening and community health, and I find it very easy to customize and adjust the widgets as needed.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

When we receive queries from various social platforms, a lot of noise is generated that doesn't require an agent's attention. If Sprinklr could improve its AI capabilities to more efficiently detect and filter out such noise, and make the training process easier, it would greatly enhance our workflow.

I think gathering insights is the deal breaker here

"Perfect service for customer service"

What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?

It is very usefull all of the tools that are integrated to the application, it has grammatical tools, that allow us to provide a best customer service in a most natural way. Also, it is very usefull that it let the user know the waiting times in the interactions. It is very good to monitor the agnets performance during the interactions. Overall, it allow us to have more control and to provide a best experience to the customer.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?

It could be a bit more intuitive, sometimes the user can get lost using the interface.

What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allow us to solve general doubts from customers of store information, also, to being able to solve some inconviniences from purchases and feedbacks.
