What do you like best about Sprinklr Marketing?

I really like the multiple ways that I can accomplish many tasks. I can access post creation in multiple ways on many screens, I can view my calendar and dashboard in different configurations depending on my current task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Marketing?

I wish that I had access to customized training unique to my business. I don't know if this is a request that my employer would pay for, but if I could have Spriklr evaluate our use of the tool and then develop training specific to us, I would find that more useful than the general knowledge pieces of training that are available. What problems is Sprinklr Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinklr provides a very useful overview of the many internal clients that I am monitoring. I can look at analytics for them all at once or individually, I can see what is working well and what isn't working at all with just a glance through analytics and various dashboards. What do you like best about Sprinklr Marketing?

I like that Sprinklr has many capabilities that allow us to dive deep into consumer insights via social. The platform allows to create customizations to track specific insights about social posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Marketing?

I don't like how the platform is not intuitive and required a lot of training to understand the many capabilities. I find it extremely valuable to have a managed services person on our account and I think it's also a requirement to be able to use the platform to its maximum potential. Most effective and efficient part of sprinkle Marketing product is - it is integrated with AI which makes it more reliable, easy and time saving product.

Tool is little expensive which limits it availability on larger audience.
