As a regulated business, Sprinklr has become the backbone of our Social Media operations and governance over a number of years. The best thing about Sprinklr Marketing is being able to empower internal teams and external agencies to carry out key social media workflow tasks in a safe and controlled way - ultimate confidence in collaborative working and output across teams is key for a business like ours. The only down-side is when a Social Platform doesn't yet provide API access to 3rd parties for a new product (i.e. a new ad product or creative format for publshing) then we are unable to carry out a desired action safely within Sprinklr and have to carry out the task natively. However, this is not a Sprinklr specific issue - if API access is not yet available, it won't be available to any Social Media Management Solutions in the marketplace (Sprinklr or their competitors). Sprinklr are however generally the fastest to deploy new functionality due to their close relatioships with the Social Platforms and their excellent (and super-speedy) Product Team. With marketing tool, i can track all the planned posts on various platfrom in a single UI and easily understand the engement and traffic data. Most everything else. It's so difficult to understand and what we were showed in sales calls versus what we have are two very different things. I have spent months working through trainings and get my team up and running. I have had various different tech people try to help me and yet at about almost a year since implementation, we are still trying to figure out how to use the system.
