**What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?**

I use Sprinklr Service mainly to handle brand social media on a daily basis. I like how it keeps all social media interactions in one place, making everything easier to manage and respond to. It helps me manage messages, comments, and overall engagement across different platforms without things getting messy. What I like is that everything stays in one place, so it's easier to keep track of conversations and make sure no customer query is missed. It just makes the whole process of managing social media a lot smoother and more organized. It helps me manage a large volume of messages and comments without missing anything, which used to be a challenge earlier. Also, keeping everything in one place saves time and makes handling social media much more organized.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

Some dashboard and filtering options feel a bit complex at first, so a simpler layout or clearer navigation would make things even smoother.

**What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?**

I feel like most features my organization uses have stayed the same since last year. 

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

When you click on a hyperlink inside Sprinklr, it used to open the link in a new tab but it hasn't done that lately. It will just take the sprinklr tab to a new page, which is very inconvenient. 

**What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting to see a real time call transcript allows me to catch what I didn't hear from the audio, and is great for when you need to catch a phone number, email, or order number. Also, a lot of education material is housed for my team in Sprinklr now, so it's less clicks outside of the sprinklr window.

We can have multiple data sets and data related to paid and organic performance and there are plenty of metrics to measure the performance of our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

There are multiple errors come while setting up the campaign but it does not mention what is required to rectify that error, rest dashboard navigation can be better and bulk changes can also be improved.

I basically handle digital advertising platforms through sprinklr which is actually a good to go to handle all the dashboards at one single stop, which reduces the dependency on other individual dashboards

The entire ease of setting it up and customizing the workflows as per business requirements is very good. It is a low code platform and the entire development becomes super easy for the tech team. This provides the required agility in the evolving world.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

There is nothing particular that I dislike. Would have liked if it would have evolved into a CDP platform considering its breadth of service offerings now.

**What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of customer chat on my website. Earlier, we had different solutions, but this fulfilled all our business requirements. Customers can avail self-service on our corporate website when they decide to interact and use the chat option. They can also talk in natural language and the platform can help us generate leads.

**What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?**

From my experience, the most valuable aspect of Sprinklr was its ability to manage social media activity in one place. It made planning, publishing and monitoring content straightforward, and integrated well with our existing systems, making it easy to use day to day. I haven't used the platform for some time since moving into a different role, so I can't comment on its current capabilities, but my experience with the service was positive.

No comment at this stage - as I haven't used the service in some time.

**What problems is Sprinklr Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of Sprinklr was having everything in one place. Being able to manage social media activity, and publish content from a single platform made the process much more efficient and provided a stronger governance framework. While there were some integrations that were a little clunky at the time, having one central place to manage everything made day-to-day work much more seamless. I haven't used the platform for some time since moving into a different role, so I can't comment on its current capabilities, but my experience with the service overall was positive.

**What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?**

Sprinklr is indeed a great solution in harmonizing customer experiences on many channels. We are fond of its powerful social listening tools that enable us to monitor brand mentions and sentiment in real-time and get instant information. Its inbuilt social publishing and social interaction tools imply that we can operate all our social media campaigns through a single dashboard, which will schedule our content and efficiently respond to customers. The customer service interactions are also automated, which directs inquiries to the appropriate team immediately.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

The primary weakness of Sprinklr is that it is too complex which may introduce a high learning curve to new users. There is too much functionality in the platform that the user interface may occasionally become overwhelming and rather cluttered, and locating specific settings becomes difficult in a short amount of time. The cost structure is also at the higher end which may be an obstacle to smaller organizations wishing to get the full range of capabilities it offers.

Sprinklr has entirely changed our former disjointed customer engagement strategy. Previously, marketing, care, and analytics teams had different and unlinked tools, which resulted in inconsistent messaging and slow reactions. Today, customer interactions are centralized and all are through Sprinklr. This has significantly enhanced our speed of response, brand voice uniformity and given us a holistic customer overview, which increased satisfaction and efficiency in operations.

**What do you like best about Sprinklr Service?**

Sprinklr Service is where we run our end-to-end support workflows and using the new dialogue tree tool within the Agent Copilot to give my team a step-by-step map for solving technical problems. I also use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to let our AI Copilots to talk directly to our internal databases so they can fetch real-time shipping or billing data for the agent automatically. furthermore, we also utilize the new supervisor audio transfer that let supervisor to hear agent conversation with customer during the support calls, coaching is much more easier because supervisor can hijack and gives guidance to the agent in real-time and solve customer issues.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

I think Sprinklr Service need to improves the processing delay within the Copilot tools, it is great that the AI can run its own prompt to find answer, but sometimes it adds a 3 to 5 second delay to the chat which can feel like a long time during a live support session with customer. There are also bugs with the copy and paste tools, I accidently copies the formatting code along with the text when copying answer on the Copilot, which makes the message look messy when I paste it to a customer.

Sprinklr Service provide a better transition coaching from the supervisor as now they can hear the live conversation between support agents and customer, they can gives a live feedback and feedback on how agents should approach and explain complex issues to the customer.

Sprinklr as renowned for its unified platform for social media management. What I like best is the analytics part, which gives a deep insight into campaign performance that was previously difficult to collate. The content calendar feature is a lifesaver too, as it makes planning and scheduling posts across different channels super easy. It’s a game-changer for teams looking to coordinate social work efficiently.

One thing that can be said about Sprinklr is that as powerful as it is, it can also feel pretty overwhelming with all of the features it provides. It has a somewhat steep learning curve at first, and sometimes it can be tricky to find the precise setting you want. The downside is also that I found the pricing to be quite high, which could be a hurdle for smaller businesses.

In many ways, the feature set is so broad (and powerful) that it can Pretty Overwhelmed feel to Sprinklr when you first arrive. And sometimes all that creates this feeling takes a little While to navigate precisely where you want. Inflection points are also a problem- in this instance the cost of Sprinklr is rather high. This could mean it is out of reach for smaller businesses.

The greatest feature is that all the customer feedback is displayed in one dashboard. I am also able to keep track of the reviews in several channels, and notice the trends without having to change between various systems. Its capabilities allow me to prioritize answers and cope with tasks. This has brought a better organization to my work and has enabled me to respond to customers quicker, and I have been able to maintain engagement on all fronts.

The issue with it that irritates me is that Sprinklr may seem somewhat complicated because of all the information and choices there. Reviews can not always be filtered and handled intuitively and may require more time than anticipated. Although it contains a great number of helpful functions, they can be difficult to use.

Sprinklr is the solution to the issue of fragmented customer reviews on various platforms. I used to visit every site separately and this was time consuming. I believe Sprinklr Service is the top customer service management platform because they manage to removes the language barrier for our global team. If a customer writes to us in a language that our support agent doesn't speak, the AI automatically translates our internal help articles into the agent's language. This means any agent can help any customer without needing to use separate translation website or apps, makes the team much more confident.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

Setting up Sprinklr Service is complex, especially for the call reroutes that is still very hard to learn. I wish there was a simpler drag-and-drop way to change how our calls are routed without needing a technical expert to assist.

With Sprinklr Service, it is faster to transfer call for idle agents, our customer spend much less time waiting on hold while we try to find someone to take their call.

Translations to Spanish still need improvements overall.

Sprinklr has been managing our customer base for a long time, and the best thing I like about it is its accuracy. It has never given us a bad experience. Even its new AI features are really good, and they also audit our customer interactions.

The only thing I don’t like about Sprinklr is its multi-level login system. I wish it would let us use it on multiple devices instead of being limited to just one.

It's been fantastic to personalize it according to our needs with adhoc categories for products, customer journeys, locations, and more. Additionally, I find the Listening Sources and Supervisor Console to be very useful.

The search functionality within historical cases could be sharper. When trying to look up old customer interactions using specific keywords or specific custom fields, the filtering process can feel a bit rigid. A more flexible, Google-like global search would save a lot of time.

Easy daily use for reportings and data analysis, once everything is set up. Lots of different ways and features to get to into deep data analysis. Easy way to publish and plan content daily to the Social Media channels. Fast customer support that helps to understand and optimize the large number of features within the tool.

**What do you dislike about Sprinklr Service?**

The number of custom metrics needed to fully round up reports or to get specific KPIs that aren't exactly given due to API limitations or not available at all. Sometimes features are not as intuitive as expected and need a lot of time getting used to them.

I really find the Live Chat feature in Sprinklr Service useful. It's quite popular with customers and offers built-in language translations.

It is helping to make my work easy and helps me to multitask. The background team of sprinklr has made the software so strong that it works smooth and lag free on just one click. Adding photos, videos, documents & links feature with the response to the customer helps to give an overview problem solving solution to the customer in one go. The "Add phrase" feature helps to give new responses to the customer with grammatical auto correction. This helps to provide variety of responses making it look less robotic and more human. Scheduling a post is another helpful feature that makes my work organized and can plan things out. Sprinklr can be used in our smartphones that enables use to go mobile and keep the work continuity and smooth.

AUX feature is very smooth and easy to use for switching between Available, Training and breaks. Dark Mode feature is extremely helpful while working at night. Sprinklr is a multi-featured tool and the features are alligned in such a way that it is user friendly and easy to learn and access.
