Ultimately, the high costs are somewhat reflective of the tools capabilities but also are due to the extensive support provided to the users. **Recommendations to others considering Sprinkl:** Sprinklr is best in class when it comes to its capabilities and support, but it's also extremely expensive and as such, is best suited for enterprise needs or large established clients with a significant digital and social presence. **What problems is Sprinkl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sprinklr has been an essential tool for consumer research and insight development, allowing us to develop highly insightful strategies based on both qualitative and quantitative data and insights. ### 8.
