Initially, I had my reservations about the way their Digital Address Verifications worked. My candidates had to click pictures of the house from outside and also provide a selfie image among a few other images. But the team cleared my concerns explaining the security aspect of the system and how such sensitive information is handled. All the data I need is available online. It reduces any unnecessary back and forth or follow-ups for me. The overall operations also have been very good. The best part about SpringVerify is the portal's ease of use. It provides automatic real-time updates making our HR work easier when we need to share progress with the team. There is also communication done in earnest between the candidate, HR, and SpringVerify. The platform is very simple to use. Initiating BGV is very easy for me with SpringVerify. The previous product I used was hectic. The candidate and the HR user experiences were bad. The best part about SpringVerify is everything is digital. There's no intervention required from my side. This leads to faster onboarding time for all my new hires. One thing I had in mind was the need for constant acknowledgments for the additional charges. This meant I had to go through each email and provide approval for them. SpringVerify's UI makes accessing details and information very easy. It also takes care of the onboarding part of the candidate life-cycle making any future HR efforts easier and simple. The automated reminder emails get sent to candidates frequently. They do mention it's to make sure the candidates get back with the details ASAP, but it will be helpful if it can be altered accordingly. This was brought up by the SpringVerify team as well. They mentioned they would be addressing this issue with a new feature that would allow users like me to determine how frequently the candidate will receive reminders and how often I will be notified of the status.
