Before Springverify, we didn’t have any kind of tool for new employee verification and honestly we didn’t look for anything else too because these guys know what they’re doing. Kudos to the people at Springverify for making employee verification so simple. Plus, I think interface is quite simple so that made things quite easier for me to understand as I was involving myself in this kind of thing for the first time. In some cases, it just take some unnecessary time to give you the final update regarding the particular person which gets problematic at times for us as an HR when the top management asks for it likes its done or not. We are small company but a dynamic one so our work is dynamic too which is not the usual case when we talk about human resource as a dept in jargon. With Springverify, we have less thing to worry about plus I feel employee verification matters alot in smaller company in comparison with a big one because every employee is a crucial one/will become one so its quite necessary that everything should fall in place especially ethically so yeah I feel its something which quite important especially in these pandemic times where everything is going virtually so I think quite useful have this kind of service.
