The only point I was concerned about is that the plan is not customizable. Sometimes we need to do verification with different aspects for different employees. e.g. for Housekeeping, the education details are not required to be verified, and in the case of the driver, criminal records must be checked. It took only half a day to get familiar with the portal, it's that simple, and for the first time, I did & it have many roles to play except for initiating the check. Unlike previously where I had to be on top of the BGV process to get it done. SpringVerify does everything and also follows up with us to ensure everything is delivered on time and as promised.
