Limitations in terms of changing the documents submitted by proof due to genuine reasons. We need an approval process from an employer before starting the background verification because employees may upload wrong documents or may not upload full details, in this case, we can review and request them to complete the missing part. The only point I was concerned about is that the plan is not customizable. Sometimes we need to do verification with different aspects for different employees. e.g. for Housekeeping, the education details are not required to be verified, and in the case of the driver, criminal records must be checked. It took only half a day to get familiar with the portal, it's that simple, and for the first time, I did & it have many roles to play except for initiating the check. Unlike previously where I had to be on top of the BGV process to get it done. SpringVerify does everything and also follows up with us to ensure everything is delivered on time and as promised. They give me prompt responses to any queries and they take care of end-to-end communication during candidate onboarding. What do you dislike about SpringVerify? They don't have a common account feature to accommodate multiple accounts from various entities. When it comes to onboarding, as compared to some other vendors who have a complicated and confusing interface theirs is far better. A lot of back-and-forth emails are avoided as the SpringVerify team communicates directly with the candidate keeping me in the loop. SpringVerify's UI makes accessing details and information very easy. It also takes care of the onboarding part of the candidate life-cycle making any future HR efforts easier and simple. The automated reminder emails get sent to candidates frequently. They do mention it's to make sure the candidates get back with the details ASAP, but it will be helpful if it can be altered accordingly. This was brought up by the SpringVerify team as well. They mentioned they would be addressing this issue with a new feature that would allow users like me to determine how frequently the candidate will receive reminders and how often I will be notified of the status. But then SpringVerify changed our perspective of it. We realized it's a healthy way to a better HR practice in our company.
