springhire helps you hire the right people without the endless screening. Give every applicant the same screening process. Candidates prove their skills up front with real tests of coding, cognitive ability, software proficiency and language, one-way video interviews that AI transcribes and scores, psychometric assessments that resist coaching, and resume scoring that highlights the evidence straight from the resume. Qualifying questions confirm work authorization, notice period and salary expectations automatically, so your time goes only to candidates who fit. Everything lands in one ranked report. Every candidate is evaluated on the same criteria and ranked by what they can actually do, so you can see who is worth interviewing and skip the resume pile. Fit springhire into your existing workflow. Send invites the way you already reach candidates, by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or a public link. Choose from 800+ ready-made tests across 18 skill families. Everything runs in the browser, and reports export to PDF and CSV. Start screening today with no demo call or sales process. No seats, no bundles: begin free with 10 assessment credits a month and pay only for the tools you use.
