It's a value for money software, which helps the HR professionals to utilise it in their daily tasks , ease of use and consumer support helps it make more reachable.

**What do you dislike about Sprigg Talent Management Solutions?**

Pricing factor plays an important role, somewhat confusing, and I also didn't got enough free subscription to understand it more effectively.

**What problems is Sprigg Talent Management Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hepls to upload the candidate documents like salary slip, educational docs, attandance management etc.

support from the development and their flexibility when tailoring the tool

does not have built in LMS modules which does not allow to track L&D activities. company cooperates with 3rd party company but it did not meet our requirements

tracking employees annual reviews and vacation time
