I like that in theory, we can be more hands-off with Sprig. After setting up a campaign, questionnaire, or prompt, we can largely leave it on its own without having to do more high-effort tasks like setting up interviews or meeting with people one-on-one. This allows us to be a little more targeted with our time. Once set up, we can follow up with users in a more targeted manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be totally honest, I think setting up the campaigns can be a little bit complex at times. But actually, maybe more importantly, I think we're just not getting the level of engagement from our users via Sprig that we would like to be seeing. It's pretty easy to close out or ignore one of the pop-ups. And I think there's that balance between how do you collect this information and make it easy enough for users to respond.
