## About Sprig
Sprig is an enterprise survey platform powered by AI agents. We help organizations move from question to evidence faster by transforming how research is designed, fielded, and synthesized. Instead of relying on manual survey programming, static forms, and time-consuming analysis, Sprig combines modern survey infrastructure with specialized agents that accelerate every stage of the research process. Research teams use Sprig to run customer surveys, market research, experience measurement, journey research, concept testing, and strategic studies. Whether collecting feedback from customers, prospects, panel participants, or users inside a product, Sprig helps teams gather higher-quality data and uncover deeper insights. Three AI agents power every stage of the research process: Design Agent: Builds rigorous studies from survey documents, research goals, briefs, and existing questionnaires. Field Agent: Delivers adaptive surveys that personalize questions and gather richer feedback across every channel. Synthesize Agent: Transforms responses into evidence-backed reports, themes, and recommendations. Leading companies including Microsoft, Figma, Notion, Ramp, DoorDash, Coinbase, Harvey, and Robinhood use Sprig to continuously learn from customers, understand markets, validate ideas, and improve products. ## Sprig Reviews
  ### 1. AI-Powered Insights Transform Our Customer Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharat D. | Senior Quality Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I mainly use Sprig to learn about our customers at each stage of the product life cycle, getting product feedback to validate new feature launches. It makes it faster and easier to recognize customer pain points and target issues. I appreciate how Sprig takes the guesswork out of product decisions, as it helps spot trends and identify action points that drive the right changes. I love how simple Sprig makes study creation and launches, allowing me to quickly create surveys and run multiple studies at a time and also run the timely NPS surveys. The AI-generated summaries are incredibly useful, capturing frequent themes, recognizing customer pain, and aiding in making deliberate decisions based on feedback. The in-built integrations with tools like Zapier and Slack provide real-time data sharing and convenience in connecting with customers. The setup of Sprig was very easy and straightforward, allowing us to start running surveys and gathering feedback right away.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Overall, I have not had any major issues, but some areas I think could be improved are having more advanced reporting and filtering options that make it easier to compare results and insights across different studies or customer segments. Also, the ability to re-trigger a survey at specific time periods or customize triggering the same survey for the same user if the customer avoids submitting or sharing it initially could be a great addition. Sprig could also enhance collaboration features, such as the ability to tag a teammate directly on specific responses, and AI assistance in creating studies could be an interesting way forward.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to learn about customer feedback throughout the product life cycle. It helps validate new features and quickly pinpoint customer pain points with ease, making product decisions less guesswork and sorting qualitative feedback simpler through AI trend analysis. It clearly helps un understanding where our product stands in the market compared to similar functioning products and understand deeply where we're lacking and where to focus at.

  ### 2. Sprig Makes User Feedback Easy to Collect and Act On

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank I. | IT Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Sprig makes it easy to gather meaningful user feedback and understand customer behavior. The in-app surveys, session replays, and AI-generated insights save time while providing valuable information that helps improve the product and prioritize features based on real user feedback

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

While Sprig provides valuable insights, some of the dashboards and reporting features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There is a learning curve when setting up more advanced surveys or targeting specific audiences. I would also like to see more customization options for reports and additional integrations to make it even easier to share insights across teams

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps us better understand user behavior and collect real-time feedback, making it easier to identify pain points and prioritize product improvements. Instead of relying on assumptions, we can make data-driven decisions based on actual customer experiences. This has helped us improve the user experience, validate new features more quickly, and reduce the time it takes to gather actionable insights.

  ### 3. Great UI and survey setup, but data sync and segmentation need improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harrison L. | Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like its UI, I like its ease of setup for simple surveys. I like all of its data visualizations and I like its ability to share things with my team.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I find user segmentation really challenging. A lot of the time it feels like I’m working off a snapshot from our database, and it isn’t always accurate. On top of that, there are new fields and properties I want to segment by, but I often end up having to reach out to our developers to make that possible.

I’d really prefer it if segmentation were properly synced with our database, instead of having to manually reconcile CSV exports—downloading them, then uploading them again. Even when I do that, the data still isn’t kept up to date over time, so my surveys don’t always target our current users. Overall, everything around data sync and segmentation isn’t great right now, and I’d love to see it improved.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps me get quick user information and find signal when I don’t have time for full user interview calls or active discovery, or even before I can get those scheduled. It’s really useful for simple questions that help our product team move in the right direction, and then we can dig deeper into what we learn from there. I also like that it can be asking questions and generating data while I’m doing other things. There’s a set-it-and-forget-it aspect to it once it’s set up, so it doesn’t feel like ongoing active work I have to keep doing. On top of that, it makes it easier to share learnings across the team. Having visibility into the information across our design team is super helpful and keeps things from getting siloed.

  ### 4. Intuitive Survey Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia Z. | Senior Service Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like Sprig's UI because it makes it very easy for non-researchers to use the platform seamlessly. It also has great data visualization tools that help our teams internally understand large amounts of data. Compared to larger and harder-to-use software like Qualtrics, Sprig allows our team to hop in and out to view data seamlessly without needing expert levels of data analytics. It's very easy for my team to use Sprig, and even when onboarding new employees, they seem to pick up the software quite easily without too much handholding.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I wish Sprig could offer more types of questions, particularly user-friendly matrix ones. While they have made improvements over time to the question types and the survey builder, it initially lacked in this area.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps our team conduct surveys easily, gathering real-time feedback without complexity or the need for expert data analytics. Its UI and data visualization simplify understanding feedback.

  ### 5. Enhances User Research with Creative Surveys

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paras M. | Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like Sprig for its survey question options, which are really lovely and go beyond the basic survey. This fulfills our needs effectively. I also appreciate the logic feature, which is great for configuring the engagement process. It allows us to ask users questions in creative ways, like rating by scale instead of just multiple-choice, and to configure which users engage with or skip questions based on their previous answers.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I find the UI confusing sometimes; I struggle to know where a question starts and ends. I feel that the survey body doesn't get enough real estate, which is unfortunate. Also, configuring GA events is a pain for me as there's no way for me to validate whether the event is legitimate on Sprig.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sprig helps me connect with users easily, collect consistent feedback, and turn that feedback into actionable items.

  ### 6. Simple in-app surveys

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie D. | VOC Manager, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

What I like most about Sprig is how easy it is to set up and launch in-app surveys. It takes hardly any time, which is great when you need feedback quickly. The custom dashboards are really useful too and make it easy to dig into the data. The UI is clean, simple, and doesn't feel clunky at all. I've also had a really good experience with their support team. They're always quick to help and knowledgeable whenever I've had questions. I'd definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The only thing would be that as Im based in the EMEA timezone, getting support can take longer that I would like - but as soon as the team are online, the support is swift and the team are very quick to make things happen.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig has helped us better understand where users experience friction and what's driving their behaviour throughout key journeys. We use it to gather in-app feedback at the right moments, which gives us much richer context than we had before. It's been especially valuable for improving our SEQ (Single Ease Question) programme, helping us identify where experiences are difficult and prioritise product improvements based on real user feedback. Those insights have directly informed changes to our products and helped us make improvements that have a real impact on the customer experience.

  ### 7. Very meaningful insights right at the time when user is doing something

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh A. | Principal Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

It is really easy to create survey that can be surfaced in the moment when user is doing something. This is really helpful because we want to get customer insight about a very specific problem and when we do a delayed survey over email user has already forgotten about it. so it really solves for that.

Now with Replays, there is a additional context on top of that

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

They could make it easy to do incentivise surveys. That way we can have better conversion for people filling surveys

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting user insights at the moment of truth rather than having to run surveys where the users forget what experience are we talking about and it is about perception and not the feeling while using the Product

  ### 8. Easy Survey Setup, Reliable Performance, and Helpful Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lainee H. | Product Specialist, Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

We love the ease of setting up the surveys and the different options available to trigger surveys. It's easy to review survey performance and the AI synthesis speeds up our synthesis process. Surveys are quick to set up, and performance of the tool is reliable. The pricing matches the value and the Sprig team was super helpful in their onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

We wish we would customize the AI synthesis a little more and reassign insights to different areas more easily.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementation we struggled with speed to insight and getting more feedback across our CRM's different areas. Now we can get broader insights from different areas and faster trends. This takes less effort from our lean team!

  ### 9. Snappy, Native-Feeling Survey Builder with Convenient Okta Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The UI/UX are useful in terms of setting up surveys, it's very convenient to add multiple question types to see previews of all it all works together.

Performance is snappy for our use cases, it looks and feels native to the apps and websites and there's minimal delay in testing to see the survey data on the website.

Onboarding is convenient with OKTA, it's very quick to add new users to the Sprig tools for them to add surveys and see survey results.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Testing can be pretty inconsistent at times.

There have been multiple occasions where we’ve confirmed that Sprig was properly set up and registered on the device, and we could see a survey showing up. However, when we try to re-test surveys using very simple triggers, nothing appears.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have simple use cases where we're just asking the end user if they're meeting their needs in the process of using the app. This helps us identify UX improvements.
This helps us drive our goals and objectives in the future.

Using Sprig to do so has helped us save weeks of engineering time and makes it easy for researchers to access the data without 1 team being overly reliant on the other.

  ### 10. Convenient Survey Integration with Slack, Needs Better Android Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty M. | Senior Android Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like that Sprig posts all of the survey results in Slack. Instead of going to the website and digging through reviews, I get updates in Slack as soon as someone fills out a survey, which is much more convenient. On the app level, the setup was very easy since it piggy backs off of Segment. Additionally, I would say 10 out of 10 for recommending Sprig, as I can't think of another survey service that would do any better.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I don't like the lack of full Android support. I'm an Android developer, and it seems like Android is an afterthought compared to iOS and Web, which appear to be fully supported. I would like to see Android as an option when filling out a survey. The Web setup was much more involved compared to the ease at the App level, which piggybacks off Segment.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps us find out how people feel about the app easily, with results posted in Slack. Instead of digging, we get instant updates. But, Android support needs improvement as it's not fully supported.

  ### 11. AI-Powered Insights, Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aarabhi R. | Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I use Sprig to gather customer feedback through in-app product surveys, NPS studies, and feature-specific research. I love the AI-powered analysis of responses which provides actionable insights. What I like best is its ability to translate high volumes of customer feedback into actionable insights. The AI analysis summarizes open-ended responses, identifies recurring themes, and highlights strengths and opportunities, saving my team a lot of manual effort. It makes it easy to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and share meaningful insights with my product and customer experience team. The initial setup was straightforward and the platform is user-friendly, with little learning curve, making starting with surveys quick. I appreciate the easy integration with tools like Slack and Mixpanel, seamlessly fitting into our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Sprig has worked really well for my team in general, and I haven't run into any major pain points that have disrupted our workflow. The only thing I would critique is to provide a few more customization options, AI-powered dashboard maker/visualization to make reporting even more flexible and easy for different stakeholders.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to gather customer feedback through surveys and AI analysis, providing insights into customer sentiment and pain points. It translates feedback into actionable insights, saving manual effort, identifying trends, and sharing insights easily with my team.

  ### 12. Sprig’s AI Analysis Makes In-Product Research Fast and Scalable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Sprig has been a valuable tool for our lean PM team. The interface is intuitive enough that we can set up and deploy in-product surveys without engineering involvement, and the study builder handles conditional logic well. We ran a study that reached 340+ responses, which exceeded our expectations and delivered insights we couldn't have gotten as quickly through other methods. The AI-assisted analysis on open-ended responses is the standout feature, it surfaces themes across large response sets without manual tagging, which meaningfully cut down synthesis time. Integration alongside our existing behavioral analytics stack works for our needs. ROI is clear for teams that want to run research without a dedicated researcher in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The targeting and segmentation options can feel limited if you want to get precise about which users see a study based on complex behavioral criteria. Reporting exports could be more flexible getting data into a format ready for deeper analysis sometimes requires extra cleanup. Pricing is also on the higher end for smaller teams, so the ROI case depends heavily on how frequently you're running studies.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps us run in-product user research without needing a dedicated research team or lengthy recruitment cycles. We used it to understand why users weren't completing key actions in our onboarding funnel, the ability to catch users in the moment and ask them directly, rather than relying on behavioral data alone, gave us qualitative context we couldn't get elsewhere. The result was faster, more confident prioritization of UX improvements.

  ### 13. Great Customer Insights, But Survey Testing and Metadata Setup Need Smoother Validation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Sprig eliminates a lot of the tedious boilerplate engineering required to quickly gain insights from customers

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

It can be difficult to validate surveys in our test environment before launching them to production. Most of the time surveys require passing metadata throughout a deeply nested customer funnel. We built an in-house context logger around Sprig to make this easier, but it's added infrastructure to maintain on top of Sprig itself.

Having a reliable way to automate testing survey set up on the client would be a huge time saver. A lot of the time I find myself building the app and walking through a lengthy user flow, only to find out I'm missing a KV pair somewhere in the chain and need to start the testing process all over again.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps us gain qualitative feedback from our customers, informing future A/B experiments. As an engineer, it is much easier to maintain than an internal survey service.

  ### 14. Effortless Usability with Minor MTU Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry R. | UX/UI Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I use Sprig to display surveys across our mobile and web app to gather user insights into our product. It provides detailed customer insight into their issues with the product, which really helps my team focus on what's needed. I like that the usability is great; it's super simple to set up. The endless amounts of templates speed up the process and help us get the correct information we're looking for, whether that's NPS scores or other surveys. The UI interface is super clean and easy to use, very intuitive, making the product easy to learn. Also, Sprig has the best support and usability, which made it stand out when we chose to use it. The initial setup was super simple thanks to their support team and useful documents/videos.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The only frustration I have with Sprig is once a survey is complete and we end/complete it, we still have to go in and delete the event. Otherwise, MTUs keep being used, which has been occasionally forgotten and our MTUs get drained for that month. I feel once a survey has been marked as complete/done, there should be an option to automatically remove that event or at least an automatic reminder to do so to avoid it getting forgotten.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to display surveys and gather detailed user insights, helping my team focus on user needs. The usability is great, and templates speed up survey creation and data collection, ensuring we get the correct information.

  ### 15. Effortless User Engagement - My Onramp for Research Participation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I think the UI of Sprig is super easy and accessible for a researcher like myself. I appreciate being able to use internal AI tools to query Snowflake and get data tables of users I want to reach out to, which I can upload to Sprig to launch a survey in minutes. It's great for recruiting users and doing deeper research with them. It really feels like my tool, my superpower, to get in touch with users and get something in front of them without needing a heavy lift from engineers to build something. I find it really powerful for reaching out to users I need to talk to. The engagement rates with Sprig are a lot higher than email, which is one of the main reasons I like using it, especially for recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I think in general, anyone who wants to have a bit more customizability over their feedback experience will need to build something native. Sprig is great, but it's limited right now to really just a tray that pops up, which can be a bit disruptive for some users. We've gotten feedback before that the trays can be annoying or disruptive. Sprig does have a built-in CRM function to not target users repeatedly, but having more customizability over the experience would be better. Obviously, you can customize the look and feel of the trays to match your product, but as far as I know, it doesn't really support dark mode from what I've seen. Or maybe it's just that our company hasn't fully utilized it. So, yeah, mainly just about the experiential aspect of triggering the surveys could be improved.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig boosts engagement rates for surveys, making it easy to get quick feedback and test concepts. It's powerful for recruiting users without needing engineers, and the UI is super easy and accessible, allowing me to launch surveys in minutes.

  ### 16. Intuitive UI and Easy-to-Scan AI Summaries for Fast Survey Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Sprig's UI is extremely intuitive, and navigating to previous surveys and insights is quick. AI generated summaries are easily digested and do not require an overly nuanced understanding of the survey construct in order to scan results/conclusions and come away with key learnings.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I find the actual process of setting up surveys to require a more granular knowledge of my site's triggering criteria - which could be a function of how my organization has trained us, but a glossary or internal guide to understanding how Sprig was implemented on the site would be extremely helpful

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Sprig, we were only able to get user research via ad hoc, expensive quantitative research studies that were separated by 5 years and covered a range of topics, but weren't super useful for product feature development and more immediate tactical planning and decision making. Sprig has made it much easier to get real time feedback to inform our product development roadmap in addition to pulse-checking customer sentiment and other soft signals

  ### 17. Easy In-Product Surveys, Helpful Heatmaps, and Sprig MCP Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Super easy to set-up new in-product surveys and how quickly we can start getting insights on new topics. The heatmaps are also quite helpful and it's easy to get started for anyone new. Also really glad to see the Sprig MCP integration to start leveraging these insights even more with AI tools.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The main downsides for me are cost, which feels steep as usage scales, and the reporting, especially the dashboards lack the depth and flexibility I want to be able to slice results. I've also hit limits like slow data exports and a lack of advanced survey logic (display logic, piping, quotas).

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig solves the problem of slow user feedback, we can easily captures in-the-moment insights inside the product, test new features and use AI to analyze open responses instantly. The benefit for me is faster, more confident product decisions and catching friction before it becomes churn.

  ### 18. Powerful Customization, Easy Interface, and Comprehensive Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas Y. | Information Systems Operator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The ability to customise different studies is powerful, especially when I need to look for specific quantity surveys or studies. The interface is quite straightforward and easy to use, even without any required training. The tool integrations are very comprehensive, with most integration connectors available. So far, I haven’t had any bad experiences with performance issues or downtime.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The pricing could probably be more competitive with the current market, especially compared with other tools that offer similar capabilities.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sprig mainly for two types of qualitative studies, along with its powerful session recordings, which give us great insights so we don’t have to guess.

  ### 19. Takes some setup, but seamless surveys afterwards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Sprig is taking full advantage of AI advancements and MCPs to integrate into the way researchers are doing work today.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Sprig has been well-positioned to handle intercept prototype/design testing, but hasn't built features in that direction. This would make Sprig much more valuable for a design team.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig takes an important step by intelligently gating how often individual users see surveys to prevent fatigue. Once the triggers are in place, launching a survey for those triggers is very easy. This means less emailing users for feedback. You can even manually upload groups of users to contact them via in-product surveys, allowing for very targeted outreach without needing to email or text. Sprig also recently created the Editor Lite user mode, which allows team members to create surveys, but not launch. The beta activity feed and notifications plus editor lite allow for oversight on who is launching surveys to users, without hindering too much of the process itself.

  ### 20. Seamless Feedback Capture with Effortless Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I really appreciate how simple and easy it is for anyone on my team to start using Sprig and reviewing the feedback we've collected. It's also easy to set up for external customers, allowing us to set up questions and collect the data we're interested in. The automation setup is great, letting us review responses as they're sent in and capture feedback in a way that's easy to digest and act on. Also, I like the integration with Slack; it notifies us in a certain channel and tags the appropriate team to respond. Using Sprig to capture customer feedback has been great.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

No issues with Sprig

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to capture real-time customer feedback after workflows. It automates notifications to my team, enabling immediate action or follow-up. This helps us collect and act on relevant feedback efficiently.

  ### 21. Unique AI Insights and In-App Surveys That Deliver Real-Time Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy B. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The AI assistant that analyzes survey results as they come in is unique and extremely helpful. Additionally, the ability to survey users mid-experience, directly within the app, is critical for gaining real-time insight into users’ thoughts.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Perhaps it’s because I’m new to Sprig and I’m coming from a less sophisticated platform, but I sometimes find Sprig’s offerings confusing. Some of the more intricate features and capabilities can feel a bit daunting at first.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to insights. Asking users questions when it’s topical to an experience they’ve just witnessed is invaluable, because that recency delivers the best answers.

  ### 22. In-Product Surveys Are a Huge Unlock

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Senior UX Researcher , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Ability to send in-product surveys! such a big unlock, and something that took a lot of effort before

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Some parts of the product can feel technically challenging, particularly creating and setting up the right trigger events. There's also weirdly still functionality gaps (like embedded media in survey questions)

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to track the sentiment of our users across our product suite over time, and in-product surveying from sprig unlocks that for us! It benefits me because my team is the one that owns these sentiment programs so it keeps me employed

  ### 23. Easy In-Product Survey Design with a Friendly UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai W. | Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The pop up in-product survey is very easy to design. The user interface is very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

If we want to design a long form survey, there are a lot of limitation for the logics.
Also I dont think I can add stimuli or concepts for the long form study

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) We are capturing user real time feedback form Sprig in-product survey. It also allows me to connect user id with their real data (internal data)
2) We are using long form for NPS study for long term user experience tracking

  ### 24. Targeted Triggered Surveys That Keep Feedback Focused

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryce B. | Data Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Its great to be able to have specific actions trigger a survey, since it allows me to focus the recipients on a smaller subset that are actually engaging with the thing I want to understand!

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I wish there was a better was to customize the visual appearance of surveys, since sometimes I feel like there are differences in pages across a website and the standard version doesn't look as good or the contrast isn't good enough.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me understand more about new products that we are launching!

  ### 25. Adaptive Studies and Field Agent Make Surveys Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | IT Operations Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I love the ability to use Adaptive studies to uncover meaning. Sprig’s Field Agent feature makes adapting the survey so much easier, adjusting to whomever we send it to.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I find that with larger data sets, the library suffers pretty heavy delays. Feature development is super enticing but seems really slow.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig enables us efficiently get feedback from our users and understand how we can help them better use the tool.
It has been extremely useful in scaling the research team's impact by providing highly relevant insights.

  ### 26. Extremely Helpful In-App Surveys and a Responsive Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Foster P. | Associate Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The in-app surveys are extremely helpful for surfacing issues at a specific level. The team is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I think sprig is overall solid there is nothing specifically about sprig that I dislike. I think setting up dashboards could be a little more clear.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig is solving a major user research problem. Previously we used platforms that didn't allow in app surveys and didn't analyze data in the same way that sprig does. The AI insights and question skip technology is extremely helpful.

  ### 27. Fast Setup and Actionable Customer Feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like how Sprig helps measure customer satisfaction using NPS and CSAT surveys. It reduces guesswork in product decisions with direct customer feedback, which is super valuable. The contextual survey targeting is great as it reaches users at the right moment, and I also appreciate how fast the initial setup of Sprig was.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I think it would be great if Sprig could expand the library of survey templates for different industries and use cases.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to measure customer satisfaction with NPS and CSAT surveys, reducing guesswork in product decisions with direct feedback. I like the contextual survey targeting that reaches users at the right moment. I think expanding the survey template library for different industries would be beneficial.

  ### 28. Intuitive UI and Smooth Onboarding, but Analytics and Export Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The onboarding was quite good and was the pricing. The UI/UX as well is quite intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The analytics features can be improved - i.e., the ability to see unique responses, opens, etc on the "Inspect Response Rate" users tab - there isn't a functionality to be able to export each of this and so becomes quite hard to understand what's happening.

Would be good to have functionality which allows for sprig surveys to be embedded into emails in our comms platforms rather than just a link or having to send the email via sprig -- as some need to be based on email sequences etc managed on comms platforms which becomes quite messy to manage.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understand customer feedback and behaviours

  ### 29. Insightful Feedback and Session Recording, but Easy to Hit Limits

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Can easily setup to capture user feedback on certain new feature release. We also use this tool to capture our company overall NPS score and the feedback we received from our customer is very useful and insightful. I appreciate the ability to setup recording on user navigation around our platform without much involvement from tech support

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Very easy to hit the limit on survey and recording. The analytics depth has a ceiling especially for more complex analysis I still end up exporting data (which can be slow) and finishing the work elsewhere.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us run survey and obtain NPS and CSAT score for our product. It also helped us collect user feedback on product performance through survey

  ### 30. Well-Structured AI Reports with a evidence-based feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I love the AI-generated report. It’s very well structured and easy to digest, and at the same time it fits the needs of most of my stakeholders (primarily PMs). What stands out most is the Exec Sum, which works really well for quick steering sessions with C-level stakeholders, as well as the fact that each insight is backed by quantified evidence.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I haven't been using it for a long time to be able to flag any pain points yet. Everything looks great so far!

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It opened up the possibility for my team to launch in-product surveys, which was very important. It also enables us to build a participant panel and recruit users for future research studies.

  ### 31. Clean Study Builder, Lightweight SDK.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Clean study builder our research team drives unaided, with some good UI.
Solid SDK; forwarding our events in worked cleanly.
Lightweight SDK—no real startup or runtime cost, performs well.
Pays off if you use the AI analysis and targeting.
Responsive, technical support; docs thin past basics
AI clusters open-text answers into themes fast.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

We had some performance issues on our android app for version 2.22.0 which caused us to have to downgrade to 2.21.3. We have since tried upgrading

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig allows us to gain insight into our customers. We have a few surveys setup for different sections of the app which allow us to get feedback into how our users are finding a particular feature.

  ### 32. API-First Flexibility with Great Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like the API first structure of Sprig and being able to control the campaigns and how the users are selected for the different campaigns depending on the groupings and actions in the FE

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I am not currently too displeased with any of the Sprig features and options. The pricing structure is good, the support offered during onboarding is also very good, I appreciated the presentations given. AI is not a feature we would be able to use because our compliance and GDPR requirements. No issues with performance either

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

customer experience understanding and if the features we deploy in the UI are understood by end users and how they feels about new features added

  ### 33. Easy Yet Lacks Customization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like how Sprig is lightweight and easy to implement, making it something we could build ourselves but haven't felt the need to yet. The ease of use stands out, especially since our data science folks can set everything up independently, and all I need to do is implement a tracking event. The separation of concerns between engineering and data science is clean, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Honestly, we've never even considered switching over to using the tracking stuff. I would be interested in exploring that, but really all we've used is the surveys. I really wish the surveys could be stored to look more like the rest of our app. They're kind of an eyesore, if I'm being honest.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig for in-app surveys because it's lightweight and easy to implement. It allows our data science team to set everything up independently, maintaining a clean separation between engineering and data science.

  ### 34. Simple Integration, Powerful Feedback Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like that Sprig is very simple to integrate with and launch surveys. Nontechnical folks from our teams can easily do that, which is great. The UX is very simple and nondestructive to our users. Customized triggers can be deployed, allowing non-technical team members like our UX research team and product team to self-service. It eliminates the need to build our own survey capabilities or invest engineering time in building and changing them.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I think one of the ways things could improve is just thinking about it from a business model perspective. There's a credit system, and obviously, more credits means more investments. So I'd love to explore if there's a different type of way where we're not overusing our credits or if there's a different monetization strategy to let us learn more. As well as I think there could be more advanced capabilities set as getting more live feedback or for instance, how I'm doing the survey through my voice, it would be really great if these types of capabilities could be introduced within the product. So customers can more directly share their feedback and we're able to hear more authentic feedback from them.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig ensures we get relevant feedback on user experience and satisfaction. It's simple for nontechnical teams to integrate and launch surveys without needing engineering resources, allowing self-service for UX research and product teams.

  ### 35. Flexible Tool with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like Sprig for its flexibility and self-service capabilities, which allow me to measure many different types of things and interrogate my product in various ways. The way the surveys pop up is thoughtful and adds an extra layer to the user experience. I also appreciate that I can build on their browser on my own, and it was easier than I expected. The most impressive aspect for me is their really responsive customer service. They've been resilient and highly responsive, helping us overcome blockers, especially with how my company's security is set up. They've never been frustrated or unreliable, always ready to make the product work best for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I'm currently working through a blocker with preview capabilities, although I think it's more related to my company's security setup than Sprig's fault. However, managing the ability to preview before launch to ensure events are being tracked effectively is something I'm tackling. Another thing that could be improved is organizing events into categories, so I don't have to memorize the event trigger title reference. It would be helpful to section them by different parts of the product, making it easier to recall or share with a future collaborator.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig saves me from creating slow, manual forms and tracking tasks manually. Its flexibility and self-service capabilities allow for easy product interrogations, offering responsive support and simplifying setup.

  ### 36. Effective Surveys with Intuitive UI, Needs Better Integration Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I use Sprig for in-product surveys and appreciate the cleaner, easier-to-use solution it provides compared to our previous internal tool. I really like the platform's dashboard experience because it's easy to navigate. The different video tutorials and help resources make the platform much more user-friendly. As an administrator, I feel comfortable letting others use the platform without direct oversight, knowing there are resources available to help them.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The way that usage is tracked isn't very intuitive, and the units we actually purchase from Sprig (MUUs and IPSRs) aren't very well explained by their sales team. Sprig recently asked us to switch from MUUs to something called MTUs or MAUs, but the difference wasn't well explained. They were really inaccurate when trying to help us decide how many we needed to purchase. The initial setup wasn't very easy either. We had to make a lot of requests to get Sprig to integrate with our surface properly, and even after years, we're still discovering issues with how visitors to our product pages were being tracked and counted that were not what we intended.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig replaced our unstable internal survey tool with a cleaner, easier-to-use solution that integrates well for data collection. Its dashboard and tutorials enable user autonomy without oversight, making management easier.

  ### 37. User-Friendly Surveys with Room for Data Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I love that Sprig is so easy to use that anyone can set it up, even without a market research background. The AI feature is great for framing questions in a way that makes it easy to get unbiased, unaided answers from the target audience. I also love that it's integrated into our app, so we don't have to direct users to any external websites. Additionally, the onboarding process is user-friendly, making it easy for teams to start using Sprig.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I wish Sprig had access to some of our data so it could use AI to identify opportunities that need more of a qualitative insight to really help paint the full picture.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig for lightning-fast surveys, getting quick answers for questions not solved by data. Its ease of use and AI features allow setting it up without a market research background, helping our lean team to get unbiased answers directly in-app without sending users to external sites.

  ### 38. Fast Research Deployment with Targeted Surveys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I primarily use Sprig for in-product surveys. It gives us easier access to run research a lot faster and lets us talk to our direct users. I love that we can target specifically when we want the survey to fire, and there's built-in logic in place to prevent overfiring, which could lead to a poor experience. I loved the targeting logic for when we surface a survey and the piping logic, allowing us to serve different types of surveys based on answers. The initial setup was pretty quick and fairly seamless as far as third-party tools go. Overall, it's one of the fastest ways I've ever deployed research.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I find the survey on mobile web specifically to be pretty intrusive.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sprig speeds up my research, connects me directly to users, and lets me target surveys specifically. It has built-in logic to avoid over-firing surveys, which prevents poor user experiences.

  ### 39. Easy to Set Up, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I use Sprig mainly for its integrated CSAT feature, whether in the app or via a URL link sent by SMS. What I like most is the simplified setup and the module that allows for a summary or a graph. The availability of an MCP server is also very valuable, as is the CSV export. I find the support and exchanges via Slack with the teams very useful, which made the initial installation with the SDK very easy.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The additional parameters that I integrate into the CSAT only appear on the CSV export and not on the interface, which is quite limiting. Furthermore, it is not possible to have a short URL for the CSAT, which sometimes complicates its sharing.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps us with user satisfaction by collecting feedback precisely when they are not satisfied. I also appreciate the simplified setup and the module that offers a graphical summary.

  ### 40. Promising Tool, But User Engagement Challenges

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like that in theory, we can be more hands-off with Sprig. After setting up a campaign, questionnaire, or prompt, we can largely leave it on its own without having to do more high-effort tasks like setting up interviews or meeting with people one-on-one. This allows us to be a little more targeted with our time. Once set up, we can follow up with users in a more targeted manner.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

To be totally honest, I think setting up the campaigns can be a little bit complex at times. But actually, maybe more importantly, I think we're just not getting the level of engagement from our users via Sprig that we would like to be seeing. It's pretty easy to close out or ignore one of the pop-ups. And I think there's that balance between how do you collect this information and make it easy enough for users to respond.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to collect customer feedback at scale without individual setups. It allows us to be hands-off after setup, freeing up time to focus on more direct needs.

  ### 41. Effortless Surveys with Quick Insights but Limited Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I use Sprig for short form surveys to gain customer feedback on website usage. I like the ease of the Sprig dashboard and how simple it is to set up a survey. I also appreciate being able to download the results easily and dig into these more. These features make it easy to change survey questions quickly and make each survey unique to a product release, allowing us to ask more bespoke questions to gain more valuable insights. The initial setup of Sprig was fairly easy with no obvious problems.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The thing that didn't work for us in Sprig was the limit on credits, which made it difficult to sometimes gather all the insights we wanted. We also had to create a new survey for each month that we ran it, even if we didn't make any changes to the survey.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig for short form surveys to gain customer feedback quickly. It provides quick insights into website changes and product releases without needing big surveys or many users.

  ### 42. Shareable Dashboards and Easy Intercept Building

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I really love the dashboards and being able to immediately share these with key stakeholders for a specific intercept survey. I also appreciate how easy it is to build the intercept, block by block.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

It was pretty tricky to find out how to effectively separate out the different more granular user types that we wanted to target and we had to get engineers to help us with building different buckets of users. It was also hard to target specific companies.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to quickly surface what parts of the product our users find easy / difficult to use and why. I also love the AI summary and themes it provides.

  ### 43. Easy, Self-Serve Surveys and Clear Results in Sprig

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like how easy it is to get a survey up and running in Sprig with limited to no ENG support needed. It's also really easy to view the results.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

There are some limitations. For example, there have been times we wanted to have certain questions only appear if the respondent answered with a specific answer to another question, which I don't believe we were able to achieve

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use it to get feedback from our users, both ongoing over time to track and for new feature launches. This helps us measure quantitatively how we are performing and provides our users a space to provide open feedback with us.

  ### 44. Great for Surveys, but Custom Integrations Can Be a Headache

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I love that you can create a survey anywhere and collect info from anyone externally and internally

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Our executives bought it for a use case that is not core to Sprig functionality and didn't consult with a separate product team and we were too cost conscious to use the Zapier connection that was recommended and forced a custom integration with another platform. Can't wait for maintenance and upgrades.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving data problems about our buyers and sellers and their perspectives. Now we can get their feedback and make improvements in our product or our business workflows to help us help them.

  ### 45. Unmoderated Prototype Testing Made Easy with Figma Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayck C. | Lead Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

The ability to do unmoderated prototype testing, using their integration with figma.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The randomize feature could be better, as it has some limitations that affect the reliability of the data.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me test new design updates in the product, we're using it to test UI / UX new features and to understand users' behavior. Mostly to study the viability of certain projects.

  ### 46. Easy Surveys with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellabella S. | Intern- Planning/Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I think it's the easy way we can launch a survey with Sprig. I like the customization offered, and there are also some analytics insights. Having things offered for free is helpful. Overall, it's a good tool. It's easy to use and effective for basic survey needs.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I think the analytics and customization options in Sprig could be further expanded to allow for more detailed and customized options. There was a limitation around having the service show for certain days.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig lets us easily launch and tailor surveys to our pension plan members, enabling us to monitor results effectively.

  ### 47. Helpful User Experience Insights at a Glance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrianne F. | Bankruptcy Specialist Lead, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like that I can gain insight from users regarding their experience.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

The depth of insights that can be gained is not comprehensive. It stays pretty surface-level.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Sprig ensures that my team has valuable insight into the value that we are providing customers. With these insights, we can improve our programs and the information we provide to our customers.

  ### 48. Effortless Surveys with Flexible Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy H. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like the ease of use and the flexibility that Sprig offers. It seems like I can create pretty much every survey I can think of. I also like the way it presents data and updates me on various changes and updates in the analysis.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Time it takes to create custom triggers on our end, I wish there was a better way

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig helps us gather qualitative information faster and cheaper than other platforms. I find it easy to use with flexible survey creation and data presentation, helping us learn more about our products and user experiences.

  ### 49. Transforms User Research, Superb Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

I like that Sprig allows me to be confident about reaching the right customer at the right time. It cuts research time so we can maintain a live pulse on our product across a diverse set of customers and their needs. Sprig is far superior in reaching the right customer at the right time compared to other tools like GetFeedback. Above all, Sprig is much more user-friendly, enabling multiple departments at our company to use the tool relatively quickly to reach out to customers for feedback.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I wish it would allow us to automatically format a pasted question option choice from Google Docs. I think this is on their roadmap so I'm eager for it to release. It would also be great to see what they do for the synthesis portion in the future since it would be great to get to edit the AI buckets when it takes a first attempt at coding the survey data.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprig to target customers with surveys at the right place and time, eliminating the need to pull customer lists from other teams, democratizing user research for multiple people at our company, cutting UX research time, and maintaining a live pulse on diverse customer needs.
