Very easy to traverse across many surveys. **What do you dislike about Sprig?** I wish the themes were more actionable or accurate. I look at verbatims more than the themes as I have lower confidence in the themes. **What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?** For any business, it is crucial to understand what isn't working or is confusing to users. I appreciated the template examples of how to guide users through the test. Adding Figma prototypes is a standout feature. **What do you dislike about Sprig?** Moving questions up and down within a usability test can be a bit clunky. Figuring out a way to make sure questions are mapped together to prevent the flow of questions from breaking would be helpful. Or maybe a warning to check where questions lead. **What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team needed to survey customers without adding our own biases. Sprig helps us build prototypes and quickly send them to customers for feedback to iterate and build better products. ### 4. Was able to use two templates to get two studies off the ground extremely quick. Even got positive user feedback on testing structure, which is a great signal. Also like their native integration with Figma. **What do you dislike about Sprig?** I think a quicker way to rearrange questions would be awesome. Would only enable me to get tests off the ground even quicker and spend more time chatting with customers. **What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need a way to quickly set up, run, and gather insights from async customer development.
