We needed a complex, flexible, multi-platform, and easy-to-use quoting program. We had a very limited time frame, a minimal budget, and one individual we could dedicate to getting this app built and working. - We saved at least $13,000 on just the creation of the app compared to the lowest bids we got. Compared to some of the other medium-sized software companies, the savings are well over $20,000. All companies we contacted estimated a completion time of three months or more. - We had a single point of contact for the entire project. He never got frustrated with my change requests and late calls for help. Before we even started, he explained what he needed from us, the process for completion, the testing and validation requirements, and made certain we both understood what the final results were to be and how we would get there. Best of all, he and his team did what they promised. - The entire process took a few weeks instead of three months. I greatly appreciated that we were able to get an application created in a fraction of the time and cost that would have been required using conventional coding and developers. Like most anything, there is a learning curve with the UI, but that is to be expected. However, support is great and they fixed anything that I broke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SpreadsheetWEB solving and how is that benefiting you? SW app has eliminated the difficulty of creating quotes customized for each prospect, as well as allowing us to quote different types of systems while only entering the information once. It is easy to modify a quote, and prospects are amazed at how quickly we are able to give them a proposal/quote. It is very easy to get new users up and running, with a very short learning curve (30 minutes or less!). Adding new products and services is relatively easy, as is updating prices. It has eliminated a lot of wasted time for our salespeople, and our customers comment on how professional and detailed our quotes are. Quote amounts are also consistent in regards to pricing, as it is easy to update prices and pricing formulas in the app, and they are immediately effective across the organization.
