Blending GL and non-GL data into a single worksheet, Spreadsheet Server's QueryExchange component provides an online repository of pre-configured queries that can be grouped together using the built-in SmartPak feature. In addition, the integrated QueryDesigner promises a user-friendly facility for non-technical users to formulate, design and maintain custom relational database queries. The customer service is one of the best I've ever experience. We receive an answer very quickly and can get a session with support almost immediately. As we had GL Wand in the past, we were accustomed to the way Spreadsheet Server works. It is easy to use and required minimal time for implementation. We use it on a weekly basis for reconciliations and on a monthly basis for financial reporting. While we miss GL Wand, we have adjusted and are using Spreadsheet Server with more ease. We used to have GL Wand, a client-based service, but when we moved to cloud-based, we experienced delays. However, we adapted and have become accustomed to the delays.
