I like how easy it is to get set up and get started. First, they have amazing help documentation to let you know what you need to do first (videos and written descriptions). Once you get your styles set up and assets uploaded, you can make them interactive. I'm curious to try it out for a service based business and see how the campaign goes. One of the biggest downsides at the moment (but is on the roadmap) is having better control of sub-accounts. First, being able to allocate credits to a sub-account/campaign and also to control branding and access. It's on their roadmap, and would make it even better. Gamification element of media is very vital , One of our ecom campaigns yielded 2x more conversions. The tool is very easy to implement and starts delivering ROI from day 1 so it was super easy to convince the team. They are also working on, having dynamic elements on video which I think can be a blockbuster for self hosted video ads for your products.

Spott has played a huge role in helping me to make my content more engaging and interactive. When I produce a video and add interactive elements to it via Spott, I can see that more people are taking time to inspect those elements and actually pay attention to what the video is showing. Luckily I haven't encountered any big downsides so far during my time using Spott. It seems like it is geared more toward ecommerce businesses at the moment, so it takes some creativity on my part to find use cases for my service-based business. But I have successfully found some really interesting use cases and have seen my content really benefit from it. I like the fact that i can do visually interactive content in the form of :

1.Video

2.Still Photo/PDF Catalog

3. 360 Pano Photo

With these features I am able to use these for:

1.Architecture Design Drawings where I link the spec sheets directly on the drawings.

2. We are to add to the variety of interactive format we can use for virtual exhibits (we are now preparing this for a building expo next year.

The Price is good at 1,000 clicks per month for the first code which increases inductively which each code stacked. 25,000 clicks for monthly for a 420 usd upfront payment for seven codes is a justifiable investment.

I also like the fact that unused clicks carry over to the next month upto 12 months. This means I can stack save for a big event when i anticipate high volume clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No sub accounts means provides limited flexibility in client work.

I hope that carry overs do not expire. While being able to carry over 12 months of unused clicks, it would be better if they don't expire at all. Initial on-boarding experience was rough. On-boarding would have been better if they have a readily available structured tutorial on demand. I don't like the fact that I have to attend webinars considering the difference in time zones.
