"Intuitive AI, an all-in-one place Inbox, and great video Interviewing functionality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

Spott is very fast at updating records from LinkedIn compared to other platforms. I also like the inbox feature, which lets you see all your emails directly within Spott. Another thing I appreciate is that when I’m conducting a video interview, I can view the interview itself along with the raw transcript and the summary, all in one place.

The team itself is very helpful, specifically Tom in sales, and Dimitri in customer success. They are both very responsive at all hours. We had some initial issues, but they both went above and beyond to resolve them.

I haven't had time to explore all the AI features yet, but from what I have seen, it's very intuitive and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

The note taker needs to be longer than a minute. Other databases allow for 45 minutes, which is extremely helpful when conducting a telephone interview without a VOIP. Or even speaking your notes into it.

I don’t like the fact that there is zero visibility into other team members messages via LinkedIn Classic or Sales Navigator. As a business owner, this is critical for me. We have a researcher who does initial outreach to candidates that we can not see, we can not see the responses from candidates for a job when contacted via LinkedIn, which is just another form of communication like email, so should be treated as such. We have been told conflicting advice, Lander has said that it’s on the roadmap, maybe for this summer. Recruiterflow have specifically said that LinkedIn does not allow for this, however at least on Recruiterflow we can see in communication that a team member contacted someone via LinkedIn, even though we are not able to see the communication itself.

When viewing a candidate record, the name of the candidate is very small at the top, along with where they work, their title, contact details, all of the most important things you want to see. This should be given much more prominence, text bigger.

The same for the jobs page, the name of the job and the company should be made much bigger and clear as to what job you are on. When you are switching between jobs (particularly ones for the same company), you can lose track as to what job you are on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Spott Replaced Our Add-On Stack with One Simple, Fast-Evolving Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

We ran Bullhorn for five years. Moved to Vincere in 2022 — that was a massive improvement. But then AI started changing what was possible and we realised we were still duct-taping a stack together trying to get automated outreach, candidate matching, data scraping, tailored briefs, job ad creation, and client and candidate portals to all talk to each other. The integration we needed didn't exist. To build it would have cost $500+ per user per month across three or four products on top of what we were already paying.

So we went to market properly. Evaluated Loxo, Recruiterflow, Atlas, and a few others. Nothing came close.

With Vincere we were running Idibu, Calendly, ChatGPT integrations — the whole add-on stack. We don't use any of them now. Spott handles it in one place. Simpler, cleaner, cheaper.

What actually stands out is how easy it is to use and how quickly it is evolving — updates are constant and meaningful — and the quality of support. This feels like a team that watches how you use the product and actually responds to it. That's rare.

Straightforward switch. Haven't looked back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

visibility of team member emails — I can currently see sent and received emails across the team, which may not suit everyone. Could be a permissions setting we haven't configured correctly, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Recruiting Made Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

I like using Spott for recruiting because its AI features make initial sourcing and screening much more targeted and insightful. The AI-first build makes everything easier, with the interface being both intuitive and easy to use. The AI matching feature based on spec, notes, and feedback is particularly helpful, allowing me to make the most out of my database by highlighting candidates I've already built relationships with and showing their fit for roles based on my criteria. The layout might have been new to me initially, but I quickly got used to it, and having everything on one page for a quick overview is a big plus. Additionally, the simple setup and the great instant feedback and responses make it a fantastic tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

Not much tbh. the interface was a small bit crowded from initial view but I have grown to like it. I can see everything on one page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile AI-Driven CRM, Superior Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

I finally feel confident that when I import a candidate into my ATS, I will be able to find them back! The built-in notetaker is a big plus for me, saving me from paying for an additional bolt-on. I really like the ai feature of asking questions about a candidate; this immediately checks notes, interviews, emails for the info; a big time saver! The AI matching is another strong feature; I need to refine my searching but it's already uncovered some great profiles for me. One of the standout things about Spott is their support/Customer Success; the team are super responsive. They also organise bi-weekly webinars on new features which I'd encourage any new users to attend. The Spott team are shipping FAST and you need to keep up to date so you can harness all the sytem offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

There's still things that can be improved, like the notes section in the client portal. I'd like it to be a bit more organized, similar to the notetaker, because right now it's just a big block of text. From a client perspective, I'd rather they see that in a bit more of an organized structure (notion style) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered ATS That Elevates Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

I find Spott incredibly valuable for project and candidate management, client relationship management, and its targeted AI features that enhance efficiency by saving a lot of time. I love that AI is integrated by design, which is a game changer for me. The AI features have significantly progressed and are working better than before, helping a lot with time efficiency and enriching our database in ways we couldn't achieve previously. The AI functionalities, like note taker, summary writers, AI chat for questions on database or candidates, AI matching for candidate-job fits, and others, are fantastic as they lessen the time input while boosting the value of our database. I appreciate how Spott integrates with other tools like LinkedIn and Microsoft365, as well as other potential integrations, making it versatile. The initial setup was super easy and natural, and Spott offers guided support and onboarding sessions, which made the transition smoother than expected. I also value the regular communication on new features and the webinars that help with the adoption of new functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

It is still a young ATS that develops so you need to keep up with the changes and think about how to integrate new features in your processes. They inform users of new features at least once a month per mail and hold regular webinars to demonstrate and onboard users on these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Next generation ATS and CRM. The best tool we found to make sure as recruiter we maximise our value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

From the very first use, the interface feels familiar and is easy to navigate. The user interface is clean and crisp, and as you explore the tool further, you realise how thoughtfully it has been conceived. It’s fast and responsive, and you can tell that a lot of sense has been built into the system.

What I love about Spott is that AI has been integrated to support every stage; not to replace what we do, but to help us do what we’re supposed to do, do it better, and make more informed decisions. I used to juggle with multiple tools, alot is integrated within Spott.

The most valuable takeaways for the moment:

- Use AI to do semantic search of your network and database.

- Centralise all communications in one hub (LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Email...)

- Background updates of your database making sure that all records are up-to-date and searchable in priority before going outbound.

- Spott is EU based, home to some of the strictest privacy, data hosting and AI digital laws to which the system abides to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

Not much I dislike for the moment to be honest. The sales team and support has been very useful. We had an issue that was solved rapidly. I also had asked if a certain feature existed. It didn't, and they said 'it sounds interesting' so they'll create it. It's a living product being continuously enriched. As it is already now, it's the best I have seen out there. "User-Friendly CRM and ATS with seamless integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

I use Spott as my CRM and ATS system and it really helps in facilitating my processes, making them more efficient and automated. It's a great tool to support my recruitment work. Spott is very user-friendly, and I like how it creates a really good workflow. I appreciate that I can put all my information in during interviews and it combines into a nice summary. The AI tool is helpful in finding the strongest matches. Also, integrating Spott with other tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, and GoogleMeet/eams is seamless. The initial setup was very easy and personable, which I appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI + Intuitive recruitment platform."
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

What I like most about Spott is that it combines powerful AI with a modern and practical user experience. Its AI-native architecture makes features like Ask AI feel truly embedded in the platform, not just added on. Spott also has a modern, intuitive, and responsive UX, which makes it easy and efficient to use every day.

Another big strength is its flexibility. With custom attributes, AI-prompted columns, drag-and-drop views, and kanban views, teams can shape the platform around their own workflows. On top of that, Spott offers a strong analytics suite, giving clear visibility into what is happening across every team, as well as a strong CRM side next to the ATS. I would highly recommend taking a look at it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

As Spott is still a newer company, they did not have many integrations at first. That said, they opened up their API relatively quickly, and the integration with Devyce, our VoIP solution, should go live next week. I would expect the number of integrations to keep growing, and they are clearly willing to support integrations with the most important tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficiency Booster with Continuously Improved AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Spott?

I love that Spott is constantly being improved. Every month I see improvements and they really listen to the customer to know what the improvement points are. It is a system that is completely up-to-date, built on the basis of AI. It also provides significant time savings when screening my current database, up to potential matches. Moreover, the initial installation was very simple and took little time thanks to a good introductory training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spott?

The only thing that might still be an improvement is to integrate the clients' company logos more into the documents that go to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Spott makes every single one of my workflows incredibly seamless. It just makes my life so much easier by making it easier to track candidates, deals, and have a better record of all my jobs. I'm seriously so much more productive with this tool. I like most that Spott is completely and totally AI-native, it's not tacked on as an afterthought, and it's so efficient. It streamlines all of my thoughts and processes, making matching candidates with my open roles so much easier. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and the team was helpful in transferring anything I wasn't able to do myself. It's perfect for a lean team, and I feel as I scale, my team will be able to use it efficiently. I honestly recommend it to every single recruiter I talk to.
