It is easy to navigate and retrieve the information that is needed. The targeted marketing features are easy to setup and rotate campaigns. **What do you dislike about SpotOn Wifi?** we found the initial pricing to be a little on the expensive side at first but the direct touch sales person at SpotOn did a great job at getting discounts to make it viable. **Recommendations to others considering SpotOn Wifi:** I would reccomend that when you are looking at SpotOn work closely with the vendor to ensure you get the best possible discounts. **What problems is SpotOn Wifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary challenge for our customer was collecting all available information about their guests in a seamless fashion and being able to analyse that information easily and clearly. SpotOn's UI makes this easy. ### 2. Let's guest use free wifi while improving online reputation and connecting with them digitally. **What do you dislike about SpotOn Wifi?** Consistently drops. Lots of popups. Tracks every move. The privacy is lacking a bit. **What problems is SpotOn Wifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** My customers come in, use the wifi and stay awhile working on their products. It prompts them to leave a review and gets annoying towards the end of their stay. Also it tracks their every move which scares me. ### 3.
