What I like best about SpotMe is how easy it is to use and how it keeps everything organized in one place.

I believe there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and flexibility.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpotMe is addressing the challenge of managing events, communication, and attendee engagement in a single centralized platform. This benefits me by saving time, improving organization, and making collaboration more efficient.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

We collaborated with SpotMe to develop an app for our training conference in India, and their exceptional service exceeded our expectations. The app featured a user-friendly design, and the team maintained excellent communication, accommodating all our needs and implementing our change requests seamlessly. We highly recommend SpotMe for their expertise and dedication, which significantly contributed to our event's success.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

Everything went perfectly, no issues experienced.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All participants received all the helpful information needed to navigate through the meeting spaces (e.g. room names, facilitator names) and throughout the event any logistical information and FAQs. This allows the program staff to focus on things that need to be priortized and having the info in the mobile app helps the participants to have the information on hand at all times.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

SpotMe is awesome! The interface is really customizable, ena bling us configure specific pages to fit our needs. Their support team is fantastic too – with fast turnaroudns on changes and really knowledgeable of how to present particular pieces of information. The project we've completed with SpotMe has been delivered without any hiccups. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a flexible and reliable event management app/tool!

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

We didn't have any negative experiences with SpotMe for this specific meeting - they executed on time and at a high level of accuracy.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpotMe is delivers on several key requirements for us - including offering high customizability, which allows us to create a personalized event experience that reflects our brand and meet our audience's needs. It also integrates numerous pieces of functionality like registration, agenda management, live polling, and networking features into a single cohesive tool, streamlining event workflow and saving time. Additionally, their quick to respond and knowledgeable support teams ensure any issues are quickly resolved, allowing our events to run smoothly. Overall, SpotMe enhanced our event attendee experience, improved engagement, and resulted to more successful overall event.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

The team- the support. One of my favorite aspects is how it integrates all the details in one place, allowing me to focus on what really matters- creating a great experience for everyone.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

I wouldn't say I dislike this feature but I wish there was a way around it. When I'm working on an event I don't have time to sit down at the computer to make updates backstage. I wish I could work backstage from the app.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication 
Last year the biggest challenge we had with our events was staying on top of communication, tracking it and wondering how well we were doing 
With SpotMe we literally have everything we ned all in one place
