Email customization option is the best one and converted PDF. The platform is made very easy to use and excellent customer service. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. We still have weekly calls with him to talk about the ways we are currently using the tools, and brainstorm ideas for the future. **What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?** There are a few small things that make using Spotler a challenge. We'd like to see an integration between our ERP and Spotler. So far we have to do the things we want manually. Additionally, Spotler looks at email marketing on a personal scale, using consumer data to carry on your email marketing programs to consumers. With our previous tool we had simply done bulk emails to large lists. Her service is 2nd to none & is always looking at ways we can improve the set up of our campaigns & is so helpful with general enquiries. I also like the regular catch-ups & full-service support we've received throughout recent months from PURE 360. They also follow up on any queries until you are completely happy with the outcome. I also like how easy the platform is when building our email campaigns & has a great analytic reporting tool. I especially like the heat map facility where we can see how recipients have engaged with our emails. I especially like the resend option to recipients that did not open the email with the ITS feature which sends each email at the time each person is likely to open. We have found this extremely effective & have had a great return on investment. Another great feature is the dashboard function. It gives you a great overview of the performance of all of our campaigns, as well as allowing you to dive deeper and get a more in depth understanding of how each of your campaigns is performing. Overall is a solid tool for email marketing. **What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?** We don't have anything that we dislike however we would like the following features added which would help our everyday use. SUGGESTIONS We would really like the calendar view feature on your website which was helpful in our other platform. We were able to look at a glance what campaigns we sent out for that month. The introduction of the drag and drop email editor was a game changer and has saved us so much in HTML development and testing costs and time. I have had experience of many other ESP's and regularly review the competition, but have always ended up coming back to Communigator. Some other ESP's tie their systems down too much which then makes it difficult when wanting to do slightly more sophisticated things with your campaigns. Campaign stats are very good and the automatic implemetation of UTM codes is a real time saver. We use Spotler for our own marketing and also on the behalf of our clients. We particularly like one of the newer features - SmartForms - this has made it so easy for us to provide out clients with web capture code that they can pop onto their website, but the data is managed withing Spotler... neat! **What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?** I wish the social and survey elements were more integrated with the main platform. Sometimes first line support takes some time getting back to us, but they always do eventually.
