**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

The most helpful thing I've experienced is how easy it is to use it and to teach it to other reps that are coming into the business. I've used several knocking apps and spotio is by far the best

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

I truthfully there's nothing I dislike. Because we are able to actually build the bubbles and name them or rank them. So truly there's nothing I'll change. Wel maybe one thing when it's slow because of internet issues is slow

It's making things easy to keep organized and much more when you're running a bigger team. It is easier to disposition these different solar leads and to assign them to reps

nothing really, the app gets the job done to a very worthwhile degree. The job of showing off real estate properties and the sophisticated note keeping.

Note Keeping. Some apps out there suck and are confusing to follow, spotio's interface makes that problem no longer.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Spotify is very user friendly and easily accessible. The app was simple and effective when it came to canvassing my territory for potential prospects. It also didnt use much of my battery.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

The one thing that I least liked about Spotio is that it sometimes would freeze up on my phone and I would have to delete and reinstall app. Other than that it was great.

Spotio has helped solve the prospecting side of sales and staying organized. Spotio allowed me to easily mark a territory and know exactly which homes I knocked and did not knock.

Spotio is great for tracking and organization your leads and sales. I highly recommend it

Spotio sometimes has bad connection. This is mostly due to what phone service you have. The newest update doesn't let you  copy addresses to your chipboard which can be frustrating. I copy and paste address to my navigation.

Spotio offers a lot of tools that help me organize my routes and territories.

The mobile version is a bit clunky at times. The map specifically sometimes has minor glitches. After the most recent update, the active route no longer displays on the map.

Helping me collect and manage leads, cresting and managing routes, etc.

I dislike the time frame of when it creates the DL number and the fact that you cannot edit the Salesforce notes after and then they do not appear in the reports

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I enjoy the fact that it is easy to use on my mobil phone. It allows me to track appointments and respond to customers very easily. Most of the CRM I have used are hard to navigation on a call phone.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

As a Spotio user I have not found anything so far that I dislike. The solutions they offer are very compatible with cell phones.
The only improvement for me is to get my timed appoinments in EST.

Spotio is allowing me to keep track of my appointments and follow ups in real time on my call. It does make me more productive and helped my performance increase.

The thing that I like the best about Spotio this the that it's easy to use.

I would like more phone support vs chatting.

I'm able to track and measure my canvasser.  While exporting the data into our CRM system, this is a win win as it removes the data entry and human error.

Duplicate clients are harder to get rid of, but tech support is available and willing to help.

Very easy and user friendly interface and has all the essentials needed for a canvassing application.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

My biggest complaint is the areas with little to no cellular service. I would like to see some sort of download feature if possible to canvass offline.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Spotio is an excellent tool to provide structure, communication, and strategy for our company. I am very grateful to have access to such an incredible software to use while making my job easier and better.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

The only downside I have noticed is connectivity issues in certain areas, but that really isn't Spotio's problem, that's my network issue.

Spotio is solving the problem of strategy. They have a system designed to help me focus on certain areas by allowing me to mark places to go back to or to not focus on as heavily as others.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Very useful in tracking every stage from Potential Merchant all the way to Merchant Customer.  The funnel aspect of the app is very useful to mitigate letting opportunities, follow-ups, etc. from falling through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Once the account is created it is not intuitive to go back and add notes.  Also, there should be a way to delete accounts, for instance when a mistake is made and it is entered twice.  I have done this twice now, and it would be nice to be able to delete a duplicate.

Prospect tracking and every step through Contract Signing.

The leads are difficult to me, it's like a whole bush of ballon's together

I love the Digital business card which can be sent immediately  when you are engaged with a customer.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Not being able to search for  leads by name and see each days stats from each previous month.
Also, the Proaded homeowner information is often outdated.

I love being able to capture data, Sync appointments to my calendar and see breakdown of activities.

With this app you have the ability to pin thousands of different businesses but you come in to contact with. You can set reminders, follow up dates, take pictures and prepare yourself for a growing success story! I personally cannot envision how I could function in the sales field without this tool.

I like that I can easily contact my leads with Spotio Phone. Also, the terrain setting is super cool! I like seeing the geography on the map. I think it's a neat feature. The ability for team members to message each other is cool too.

Sometimes Spotio can be a bit spotty in certain areas. I would also make it so that when I select myself that I am still capable of seeing my co workers results.

The most helpful part of using spotio for me is how easy it is to attach notes to leads. This helps collect information about appointments for any further interactions especially for the relationship between BDR and closers.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Great web interface with helpful pre-built reports and dashboards. Visit verification feature (dispositioning within 300 feet of home) increased rep activity by over 30% and ensures rep accountability in the field. The overall customization and build-out of Spotio was easy to set up and implement. Our reps had some challenges moving from Sales Rabbit to Spotio but this was to be expected as we had been using Sales Rabbit for so long. The responsiveness and reliability of the app so far has been solid.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Some challenges with lead imports when it comes to geocoding but nothing we couldn't work around. The pipeline feature is a great feature for us leaders but reps had a tough time learning how to use it so we ended up removing all pipeline stages.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rep accountability. With Sales Rabbit it was hard for us to see in real-time what reps were doing in the field (if in the field at all). Spotio allows us to track reps and see activity logs quickly. This isn't for us to monitor reps every second of the day but gives us the ability to check-in when needed which is driving accountability. The pre-built reports and dashboards are becoming very beneficial for us already

The ability for my sales team to quickly log visits, set next appointments, add multiple contacts to a lead alll in a matter of seconds, not minutes.  We're also getting better at finding new places and leads to call on that we've overlooked before.

Reporting for managers is a little light.  Would like to see more integration with QuickBooks online vs Zaps to help integrate.

We are a transactional field sales service company.  My sales guys see the same customers every 3-4 months, and need to quickly find other customers around them that may have been "forgotten", and find new leads quickly. In just the fist few months we've re-discovered old clients, and cut windshield time.

The map feature; it is very useful to see where certain leads are located and whether or not they were a deal or prospects. The system of keeping up with leads is very important so we know important information for the business before going in.

I haven't noticed any downsides related to the system, but a few app improvements would be nice. Like the ability to Swipe to go back on iPhones as well as automatically inputting the codes that are texted to me. Other than that it's phenomenal!

2 - saves lots of time (instead of doing it all physically it is digitally saved)

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

The support I've received as a system administrator has been exceptional.  The tools and settings already built into the system help me take care of most issues locally, and when I have a problem that can't be resolved at the local admin level, I've never had to wait in a queue to get a tech to help out.  Even problems that haven't been able to be fixed on the spot rarely take longer than a day to be completed. Spotio also is not averse to listening to suggestions for ways to make it better.  There have been several times where I have been able to talk to the devs directly about ideas that might improve the QoL for administrators. They haven't all been implemented, but being able to have a frank technical discussion on my suggestion and the reasons why or why it can't be done is leaps and bounds above it just being brushed off like so many other companies do.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

For my part, there isn't anything I really dislike about the system.  The number one complaint I get from the employees I support is with data quality. But this is not always a problem that Spotio can control.  Being a mobile app, the quality of the data connection is attributed more to where the sales rep is and the strength of their cell service, than the through-put to the Spotio servers.

It was extremely helpful for keeping track of what happened at each door, and remembering where to go back or where to avoid when I returned to an area even weeks later. It also helped me to know when an area was completely picked over or if there was still more to do.

I didn't like how buggy the app was. There were times when we would go three or four days without being able to see our pins which was very annoying because I didn't know what happened at the doors I was knocking that day.

The ease of which I have to transfer my spotio leads to my CRM profile. Tracking my location and being able to see the houses I'm around as well as a birds eye view make all of my leads easier to track.

Really the only thing I don't like about spotio is the massive battery drain on my phone. Most apps run pretty smoothly and so does this one but I notice my battery drain very quickly while it's in use.

Get familiar with the app and use satellite view on the map to make the best use of it

Pins stack and it negates the use of color as an event indicator. Split color pins for multi-visit sites would vastly improve the user's time efficieny. A custom color slider to give the user unlimited hues to identify what connected them the most to the indicated action that the color represents.

Great for identifying overlapping areas   it helps keep team members separate by just looking at the pins placed in the area. I think initials in large groups of pin would be better than numbers and use colors to represent quantity like a temperature scale.

I love how you can submit a proposal right there with your leads, and how you can color code them to remember your last contacts. I use this app with HubSpot. It's the best app I've seen so far on the market.

I wish there were an easier way to log a new visit with a prospecting lead. Also it takes a moment to see my past notes on my leads. Sometimes my schedule glitches and what I have for today repeats into the next week.

I would say to definitely try it, it's simple and works well for all the employees at my company.

I've realized that instead of keeping everything on an excel spreadsheet I can simply see my progress on the app. I can reference sales quicker and input information quicker as well. My sales performance has increased.
