**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I like the map feature and how I can create an action, on the spot.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

I highly dislike that we are instructed, "DO NOT CALL THE APPOINTMENTS". If we are meeting people we should be encouraged to call ahead to confirm meeting

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't solve too many problems for me but it is a great tool to have for prospecting etc

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

The ease of which I have to transfer my spotio leads to my CRM profile. Tracking my location and being able to see the houses I'm around as well as a birds eye view make all of my leads easier to track.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Really the only thing I don't like about spotio is the massive battery drain on my phone. Most apps run pretty smoothly and so does this one but I notice my battery drain very quickly while it's in use.

**Recommendations to others considering SPOTIO:**

Get familiar with the app and use satellite view on the map to make the best use of it

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spotio allows me to separate my leads and add key details to help me with tracking them and separating the leads that won't amount to anything. Designating each lead with our custom labels helps me track where they are in the sales process and if they will be a sale at all

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Tracking accuracy of the clicks is very user

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Pins stack and it negates the use of color as an event indicator. Split color pins for multi-visit sites would vastly improve the user's time efficieny. A custom color slider to give the user unlimited hues to identify what connected them the most to the indicated action that the color represents.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for identifying overlapping areas   it helps keep team members separate by just looking at the pins placed in the area. I think initials in large groups of pin would be better than numbers and use colors to represent quantity like a temperature scale.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I love how you can submit a proposal right there with your leads, and how you can color code them to remember your last contacts. I use this app with HubSpot. It's the best app I've seen so far on the market.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

I wish there were an easier way to log a new visit with a prospecting lead. Also it takes a moment to see my past notes on my leads. Sometimes my schedule glitches and what I have for today repeats into the next week.

**Recommendations to others considering SPOTIO:**

I would say to definitely try it, it's simple and works well for all the employees at my company.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've realized that instead of keeping everything on an excel spreadsheet I can simply see my progress on the app. I can reference sales quicker and input information quicker as well. My sales performance has increased.

The company, it's founder and team stand behind a product of top notch benefit to any business out there. I've used their program for a number of years and couldn't be any happier. I've tried other programs, apps and procedures... This by far is the best.

In all honesty, there is nothing that I've come across to be disappointed in.

I'm doing business to business cold calling and warm leads. I'm using Spotio to track every appointment, next steps and track a boat load of information I obtain from each meeting. The benefits are plain and simple, I've been able to close more sales with this program.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

You can creat a wide range of descriptive labels for survey responses. The operation is pretty straight forward once you get the hang of it.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

When putting in spots on the map view, it's often difficult to match the address on the map. Also if you happen to put in a double entry (2 responses for the same address) it can be difficult to edit that mistake. 
It would be nice if you could keep your same number of spots or entry from blending together when you zoom out from the detailed Street view.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to track our sales progress and follow up for client interactions. It's also helpful when looking for specific sales, referrals, colleagues and types of responses.

Makes logging and communication easy from our end, has all the info we need when approaching homes and helps us log and stay on top of wich homes we hit, also helps us as a team communicate better. highly recommend

There's not really much to dislike about spotio, the app works great and i haven't really had any problems using it, as far as the company we all use it and thinks it's perfect for what we do

The satellite map and how it follows you and knows where you are at. The location accuracy is spot on. We use this to track all of our numbers and I have enjoyed the switch from competitors

I dislike how long it takes me to log some of the info and all the different buttons to push to get there. It could be better if it was maybe a little more simplified.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I love the ability that is integrateable to a lot of CRMs makes tracking in the field alot easier and takes work load off for sales guys at the end of the day .

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Not being able to hyper customize processes such as hyper specific fields . The ability to not load business cards in to the system, if spotio had a built in card reader or business card uploader that would be awesome

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uploading leads multiple times. Training new starts is alot easie, spotio helps them get more deals from seeing the previous notes that older sales reps have left behind. It also creates harmony among sales reps in terms of territory management and deals.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

I like the user-friendly platform that makes it easy to use on the every day to day outings. It makes it very easy to track every scenario that happens at the door.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

My real complaint with Spotio is that your not necessarily able to change and alter pins already dropped. If I want to change it from say "not interested" to "lead" if something changes with that particular contact, you have to delete the pin and re-create it, sometimes the old information is still good to have as much as the new information.

**Recommendations to others considering SPOTIO:**

Before you start using it, play around with it and see all you can do with the app.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The more I use the app the easier I have found to use it. Instead of trying to remember a couple houses in a row in the outcomes of knocking on doors, I now enter each interaction at the end of each conversation and it's very easy to update.

I LOVE HOW IT TRACKS EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE AND SENDS REMINDERS.  I USED TO DO ALL OF THIS IN MY NOTES IN MY PHONE.  THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER.

I DO NOT LIKE TEXTING HOMEOWNERS FROM A TEXT THAT IS NOT MY PHONE AND I DON'T GET TEXT NOTIFICATIONS. I'VE MISSED SEVERAL CLIENTS' TEXTS.

DON'T GET FRUSTRATED IN THE BEGINNING.  IT ALWAYS TAKES TIME TO LEARN ANYTHING NEW.  THIS APP HAS MADE MY JOB SO MUCH EASIER.

I wish google places was easier to use. A lot of places do t show up within google places on the Spotio app integration.

Spotio is easy to use and easy to teach, Spotio has been super helpful for me in my work! I’ve never had any issues with it and I depend on it every day.

Tracking your business and what you need to do in a certain area while there is very easy with the app.

Cell service makes things difficult at times in the app. Sometimes other people's info pops for no reason too

Sometimes the map doesn't like to load right but that could just be the connection from my provider

I like Spotio because it is very easy to use.

I wish there was a compass on the map. Maybe there is but I haven't seen it. The compass would help me knowing which way the customers roof is facing.

**What do you like best about SPOTIO?**

Love I'm able to plan my days and see notes from past trips. Love that everything it color coordinate and kept neat.

Have a hard time loading houses if I have less then 2 bars of service which is most of my area

How easy it is to look at pin history and navigate through neighborhoods.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

I really dislike the ability for people to pin multiple pins at the same address, instead of just updating the primal pin. Therefore creating a black pin that requires lots more time to get to the real answer

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Move through the "field" with ease. It's easy to be able to backtrack and see what kind of interaction the last Representative had at a specific address, saves a lot of time.

The only  thing I dislike is when the dot/pin does not show the exact adress per example I will press house 111 and  it will keep on appearing as 113 but that's easy solvable as I just edit it

The mapping and the ability to create a customizable lead sheet are two of the best aspects of Spotio.  It is a versatile platform that allows us tons of reporting and control.

**What do you dislike about SPOTIO?**

Sometimes it gets a little slow and freezes up.  With versatility comes complexity so I know that I have likely overloaded the application at times with too much information.

**What problems is SPOTIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spotio makes it easy to see what areas we neglect and what areas we hammer in our canvassing efforts.  A big benefit that I did not consider at first is that I can get a visual map of where I have success and where I do not which makes it much simpler to strategize efforts.

The colorizing of the pins and the very simple and easy way to add pins and remove pins. This is super nice on the doors where you are in and out quickly and have to work hard all day

It is kinda buggy. This sucks when Spotio is down and you need it for something that very instant. Also colorizing the pins can be frustrating cuz you can't design your own system

I wish I could customize the color coding and subcategories better. I'm told this is an option but nobody at my office seems to know how.

That it tracks where I am when door-knocking a neighborhood and click on the interactive map of the home I am standing in front of and brings up the address. So helpful tracking leads and making notes of my interactions with them.

Nothing that I can think of. It is really user friendly.

I can track out a subdivision with just my phone and Spotio. No need for clipboards and paper. So easy to use.

It has appointments and a calendar to track appointments.

It does not sync with my Google Calendar.  The time for the appointments are usually wrong.  It is difficult to add a note after your meeting.  Your restricted to a list of preset responses.

Look for an easy way to add notes and schedule follow-ups after a meeting using your phone.

I am required to use it and do so.  It's not something I would recommend to others.

Sometimes the Zoom perspective is challenging to manage. The leads cluster too soon if I Zoom out too far.
