I've been using Spotio for over 3 years, and have taught and trained many reps on it as well. It's effective, efficient & applicable to small and larger sales teams. The downsides to Spotio is that there are small things that could be touched up. 1- it would be nice to be able to pull an excel list from "overdue tasks" per rep. I like entering my leads in a smart way and be able to update their status and add activities with notes.
