What is most helpful about Spotio is the ability to log in any kind of work you perfom in it. The upside of using Spotino is its ease of use. The best thing about Spotio is that it caters to customer support workers that trying to directly help others in their respected field. The least helpful about Spotion is when I'm making an outbound call to another, Spotio is listed as a "Spam Likely" call to others. Many times I'm unable to get a hold of my prospects for this very reason. The downsides of using Spotio is not giving our recpients the trust and quality they'd like to see.
