Spotio's ease of use and convenience have made my life so much more organized and productive! I love being able to add all the details of a sales visit and the notes feature is the key for my success! This allows me to talk text into the notes section and save time while approaching my next merchant. Time is money in my business, so anything that can save me time is a win! Adding reminders has enabled me to not lose sight of my appointments and the type of appointment it is. In addition the satellite maps are an outstanding bonus. I share this with anyone in my company who has not been been apprised of this amazing option. So far over the 2+ yrs that I have used Spotio I have been extremely satisfied and I would not want to use any other sales tool, because it just works so well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SPOTIO? Sometimes I do have a lag when I updated my leads but I do find that this occurs when I'm in a bad internet area. Once I get in a better area or it gets a slight bit stronger it catches right up. I would like to see some additional positions to select from when registering a merchant. They hide things in their contract and try to take money from you, making them untrustworthy. They also do not help much after rollout. The software is too corporately structured by an investment firm. The initial setup was not easy; it took us 2-4 months and required constant reminders for help.
