I like how easy SPOTIO makes it to find properties and report on experiences with them, keeping not just me but the whole business up to date. The seamless experience allows me to avoid using multiple apps or notes, as I can go straight to SPOTIO and ensure that all the information is shared across the company without anything being lost. It makes my job easier by helping me identify good leads and properties that are potential candidates for the product. The initial setup of SPOTIO was very easy too. I think maybe I don't know if this is a SPOTIO problem or if it's like, my company problem, but sometimes I'd be able to see things on my company side that wouldn't sync up correctly with the SPOTIO side. When I try and put in info sometimes it wont allow me to type. The biggest thing is when im trying to press a lead and look at it, it will not allow me to press it but all other buttons work. I really like how SPOTIO helps me manage my timeline for each client by letting me know how far I am in the lead nurturing process and what specific actions I need to take. I find the features for searching for businesses or lists of places I've already gone to, and categorizing them, to be particularly useful. These features make my time efficient when I'm on the road because they allow me to choose the highest value actions across multiple businesses and factors each day. The initial setup was pretty easy, as the tutorial is fairly straightforward and it only took me about an hour to get comfortable with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SPOTIO? I don't like how it locks me on the app. I don't use it for seventy-two hours straight. Oftentimes, when I need to get in the app, I can lock out because I haven't used it for seventy-two hours. It makes me have to reach out to the national office to get clearance. I really like how easy it is to go back and look at what places I've inspected or what claims have been filed. I also like how I can leave flyer information and perform door knocks. I don't like how SPOTIO shows the exact distance from the property. It makes it seem like people might be lying when they're just marking the whole block. The accuracy of displaying feet from a property doesn't work well for me, and I find it a bit inaccurate. Also, the SPOTIO app can be a little confusing sometimes.
