The navigation between all features is something different. Where a lot of applications adapted the microsoft way of menu organisation, Spotfire had more and different ways to get to the features. This takes some time to master, but in the end it's more than worth it.

Ease of use and it is a very flexible tool. Great to have multiple services. Find it to be a reliable platform. Ability to add Iron Python scripts and include snippets of code is very useful. I find it to be more customizable than other visualisation tools and software. Excellent Geo Analytics software - highly useful. Additional tutorials within the software would be very useful to have. Advertising of further uses of the tool during use would allow for expanding personal use of the software. The ability of importing data from different databases and automation customization is best.

Nothing as of now, But the patching process is time-consuming. It should be easy and specific. Spotfire upgradation process requires all servers to shutdown. It affects the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives a nice visualization experience with no server lag. Also i like the on-demand feature as it provides a dataset for the graph (like barchart ) used in user data view. So even the end users are able to view the data as per the design of the chart and they can select a particular month of data and get all records associated in that month in table set aswell .

For designing the dashboards we can use the charts available and also use HTML and python to design the dashboard. It accepts data from any server and images can be imported (without keeping a backup also in any server) into the analysis (a particular page or dashboard ) and make it reusable. As you go also and create/develop a few number of dashboards/analysis reports and keep then in the server, if you don't have equivalent free space on the local pc that you are working on then it takes a lot of time to open the report .
