Having the review process available to our sales team so they always know the status of their contract negotiations is a big bonus, they no longer have to send emails to Legal to find out the status of their contracts, I also have to say that the customer onboarding has been a great experience. It took us a while to adopt the product because of our issues and they were very patient with us. They are very responsive to any changes or suggestions to our workflow that have been requested. They are trying to solve a very tough problem. We have been using SD for all our customer contracts for over a year now. Initially, it took time for our sales team to adapt to a new tool, but now they use it every day! Unlike other conventional tools which only solves for e-sigining, SD gives you a platform to manage all your contracts and redlining at one place. The editor feature is definitely a diffrentiator which our Legal team enjoys the most. Apart from the product, the service has been great. The CSM and PM, both are very reachable and always give importance to your issues.
