What do you like best about SpotDraft?

What do you like best about SpotDraft?

I like that I have all my contacts in one place where I can easily determine when they expire, who signed them and what other documents are associated with the contract. Having the review process available to our sales team so they always know the status of their contract negotiations is a big bonus, they no longer have to send emails to Legal to find out the status of their contracts, I also have to say that the customer onboarding has been a great experience. It took us a while to adopt the product because of our issues and they were very patient with us. They are very responsive to any changes or suggestions to our workflow that have been requested. What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

I haven't been using it long enough to find the dislikes. Like I said as I found issues or problems with how we work with the product, Spotdraft has made the improvements that solved any operating issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spotdrafts provides:

1. environment for multiple template creation to standardise with variations

2. Repository of executed agreements and related documents.

3. identification and storage of counterparty details.

4. insights into each contract's life-cycle

5. Friendly and prompt support team

What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

There are no folders or sub-folders to utilize for storing Agreements and related documents. Spotdraft offers a tagging option for each agreement whether it is in 'draft' stage or 'executed' stage, which is useful for identifying the Agreement/ related documents but would be more helpful if there were folders instead for ease of reading and searching. What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spotdraft allows any template with minor variations to be standardised with dropdowns wherein we get to choose when each variation is required to be inputted into the final template. Therefore, instead of creating multiple templates, we can have multiple variations inside one template and utilise the other templates for other types of templates.

What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Once configured well, the application is pretty easy to use - collecting approvals and creating new contracts are very simple. The UI/UX is also pretty straightforward. The support team is also responsive and is also very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

The editor is a little tricky sometimes. Making edits or changes to the contract can edit up being a huge task - as it messes up the alignment of the content. Apart from that, everything else is pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contracting process and getting approvals from internal teams. One place to host all the different contracts - so it is easier to access and share with clients and other stakeholders.
